Why is it important to acknowledge God's omnipresence?

Answered in 1 source

Acknowledging God's omnipresence reminds us that He is always with us, providing comfort and accountability.

God’s omnipresence means there is no place we can go where He is not present. Psalm 139:7-10 communicates this profound truth, where David asks, 'Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?' This acknowledgment can instill both reverence and peace within us. It reassures believers that in times of darkness and despair, God is intimately present and guiding us back to Himself. Thus, believers are called to live with the awareness that God sees and knows our every thought and action, leading us to seek His will in all things.
