Why is it important to have Jesus personally in our lives?

The importance of personally experiencing Jesus cannot be overstated in the life of a believer. Colossians 1:19-20 reveals that through Christ, God reconciled all things to Himself by making peace through His blood on the cross. When individuals encounter Christ personally, they experience the assurance that their sins are forgiven and they are united with Him in a personal relationship. Without this personal connection, one cannot truly worship or find peace amidst life's challenges. Jesus Himself must not only be the subject of our conversations but must be an active, living presence in our hearts, continuously revealing His grace and sustaining us through life's uncertainties.
