Why is it important to recognize our spiritual blindness?

Acknowledging spiritual blindness helps individuals understand their need for salvation and the grace of God. In John 9, those who claim to see without acknowledging their blindness remain in their sin (John 9:41). This recognition is crucial because it positions one to receive the grace necessary for spiritual sight.
