Why is it necessary to understand our need for regeneration?

Recognizing the necessity for regeneration is critical for grasping the overall message of the Gospel. As highlighted in the sermon, all humans are born spiritually dead, lacking true love for God and incapable of coming to Him without the work of the Holy Spirit. This aligns with the teaching in John 3 where Jesus states that one must be born again to see the kingdom of God.
