Why is Jesus Christ called our wisdom?

According to 1 Corinthians 1:30, God has made Christ our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. As we come to know Jesus, we are introduced to the fullness of God's will and character. He is the source of all truth, and through Him, we gain understanding about our lives, our sin, and our need for salvation. This recognition requires faith, as wisdom from God reveals the necessity of Christ's sacrifice for our sins. Thus, wisdom is intricately connected with knowing and trusting in Jesus Christ.
