Why is Jesus considered the perfect sacrifice?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is the perfect sacrifice because He was sinless, fulfilling the Law and offering Himself once for all to atone for our sins.

The concept of Jesus as the perfect sacrifice stems from His unique nature as both fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, thus fulfilling the requirements of the Law perfectly. According to Hebrews 10:10-14, by His single sacrifice, He has made perfect forever those who are being sanctified. This contrasts starkly with the Old Testament sacrifices, which were merely symbols and had to be repeated. His one-time offering suffices for the atonement of the sins of all who believe, granting us eternal life and redemption.
