Why is missionary work vital in today's culture?

Answered in 1 source

Missionary work is vital today as it combats the darkness of sin and brings the light of Christ to a desperate world.

In today’s culture, the need for missionary work is more pressing than ever as many live in spiritual darkness and bondage. The message of the gospel is essential to address the pervasive brokenness seen in society, with many souls under the influence of demonic forces and false ideologies. Just as Jesus sent His disciples to the Gadarene demoniac, Christians are called to bring the gospel to those who are spiritually lost and hopeless. Ultimately, the transformative power of Christ through the gospel is the only remedy for the deep-seated issues facing our world.
