Why is personal peace important for Christians?

Personal peace affects a believer's ability to relate to others and fosters a spirit of unity within the church community. Isaiah 59:8 emphasizes that apart from Christ, we do not know the way of peace. This statement highlights the importance of being at peace with oneself in order to extend that peace to others within the body of Christ.
