Preaching is essential for spiritual growth because it is the means through which God speaks to His people and nurtures their faith.

The preaching of God's Word is the primary means ordained by God to cultivate and sustain spiritual life in believers. Romans 10:17 emphasizes that 'faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.' Without regular exposure to the truth of Scripture, spiritual growth cannot occur. Just as a farmer must diligently sow seeds in order to reap a harvest, so must believers consistently sit under sound preaching to experience the full measure of growth God desires for them.
