Why is seeing Christ as He is important for Christians?

Answered in 2 sources

Seeing Christ as He is indicates our future transformation and hope of being conformed to His image.

The scripture tells us that when Christ appears, we shall see Him as He is, and we will be like Him. This is imperative for Christians as it highlights our future hope and the promise of complete transformation. Unlike our current limited understanding of Christ's nature characterized by His suffering, at His return, we will comprehend His glorified state. This vision motivates us to live righteously now, knowing that our ultimate destiny is to reflect His image perfectly.
