Why is the kingdom of Christ important for Christians?

Answered in 1 source

The kingdom of Christ is vital for Christians as it offers eternal life and salvation through faith in Him.

The kingdom of Christ holds immense significance for Christians because it represents not only the authority of Jesus but also the promise of eternal life and salvation for believers. In John 10:10, Jesus states, ‘I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.’ This abundant life is a central theme in Christ's teachings, offering hope and assurance to followers. The kingdom also commands believers to actively spread the gospel to all nations, aligning with the Great Commission of Matt 28:19-20, urging us to share in the fulfillment of the promise that ‘all nations shall be blessed in Him’ as stated in Psalm 72.
