Why is trusting God with our worries important for Christians?

Answered in 1 source

Trusting God is essential because it glorifies Him and affirms our faith.

Trusting God with our worries is vital for demonstrating our faith and reliance on Him. Jesus admonishes His followers against worrying in Matthew 6:30, calling them 'of little faith.' In recognizing God's sovereignty and provision, we honor Him and strengthen our relationship with Him. When we place our anxieties before God in prayer, as encouraged in Philippians 4:6-7, we experience His peace that surpasses all understanding, which also serves to witness to others about God's faithfulness.
