Why is urgency important for Christians?

Answered in 1 source

Urgency is vital for Christians to actively live out their faith and proclaim the Gospel as time is a limited resource.

Implementing urgency in our Christian walk stems from the reality that our time on earth is limited and the days are characterized as evil. This truth compels us to recognize that procrastination in living out our faith may lead to missed opportunities for serving God and sharing the Gospel. The apostle Paul urges believers in Ephesians to look carefully at how they walk, reminding us that every moment offers a chance to reflect Christ’s glory and be witnesses of His grace. The urgency also drives us to encourage one another and maintain unity within the body of Christ, ensuring that we collectively fulfill our calling.
