Why should believers support their pastor's family?

Believers are encouraged to support their pastor not only for his sake but also for the well-being of his family. Paul points out in 1 Corinthians 9 that a pastor has the same rights to provide for his family as any believer. This is vital because pastoral work can be extremely demanding, and without adequate support, the pastor may struggle to meet both his family needs and his obligations to minister effectively.
