Why should Christians not fear during storms in life?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should not fear because Christ is present and sovereign over all situations.

In moments of crisis, such as the disciples faced on the sea, fear often grips our hearts. However, Christ’s command, 'It is I; be not afraid,' underscores His authority and presence in our lives. Mark 6:50 illustrates that knowing Christ is with us should eliminate our fears. This assurance comes from recognizing that He is in control of every situation, including the storms we encounter. Thus, Christians can find peace and confidence amid life’s tempests, knowing that Christ is our anchor and mediator, always working for our good and His glory.
