Why should Christians not fear in times of trouble?

In times of trouble, Christians are reminded not to fear because God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in distress (Psalm 46:1). This assurance is grounded in the knowledge that God's sovereignty encompasses all situations, and His providence is at work for our good. As affirmed in Isaiah 41:10, the Lord says, 'Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.' This promise provides comfort and instills confidence in the hearts of the faithful, knowing that they are never alone, regardless of the challenges they face.
