Why should Christians not fear man?

Answered in 2 sources

Christians should not fear man because our ultimate trust is in God, who is sovereign and has authority over all things.

The fear of man often brings a snare, leading to anxiety and compromise, but Scripture teaches that we need not fear what man can do to us. Hebrews 11:27 illustrates Moses’s boldness to confront Pharaoh without fear, rooted in his faith and sight of the invisible God. This encourages believers to anchor their confidence in God, who is our helper and protector. When we recognize that God is sovereign over our circumstances, we can face challenges and opposition without fear. The assurance of God's presence and providential care empowers us to stand firm in our convictions and boldly proclaim the truth of the Gospel, regardless of earthly consequences.
