Why should Christians not worry about their needs?

Answered in 1 source

Christians should not worry because God knows our needs and will provide for us if we seek Him first.

Matthew 6:25-34 addresses the concern about anxiety over daily needs, teaching that worry is an expression of unbelief. Christians are reminded that if God cares for the birds and dresses the lilies of the field, He will certainly care for His children. Worrying implies a lack of trust in God's provision and sovereignty. Instead, we are instructed to seek God's kingdom and righteousness first, which relieves us of anxiety, as God will take care of our needs according to His perfect will and timing.
