Why should Christians trust in God's guidance during difficult times?

Answered in 1 source

Christians can trust in God's guidance because He is faithful and His plans are designed for our benefit.

The trust in God's guidance during challenging times is rooted in His character as revealed in Scripture. We see this beautifully illustrated in Acts 27, where even as Paul faced captivity and perilous conditions, he was assured of God’s presence and guidance. This trust is bolstered by passages like Isaiah 30:21, which tells us that when we turn to the right or to the left, we will hear a voice behind us saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.' Hence, believing in God's sovereignty means affirming that every difficulty is part of His plan, leading us closer to Him and strengthening our faith, particularly when the winds of life seem contrary.
