Why should I trust God in my valley of despair?

Answered in 1 source

Trusting God in our valleys of despair is essential because He has promised never to leave us nor forsake us.

When navigating through valleys of despair, it is important to remember that God remains faithful even when we feel abandoned. The Bible assures us in Hebrews 13:5 that He will never leave us nor forsake us. In the depths of our despair, God's omniscience, omnipotence, and omnipresence should encourage us; He knows our suffering, has the power to deliver us, and is with us at all times. God's presence is not contingent on our feelings; He is always near, providing comfort and the assurance that we are not alone in our struggles. Thus, we can safely trust Him to guide us through our darkest days.
