And turn with me to Revelation
chapter 6. Revelation chapter 6. This has been a blessed book.
I have enjoyed the study of it and enjoyed the preaching of
it. I'm thankful for that which the Lord has been pleased to
teach all of us. Remember, it is the revelation
of Jesus Christ. It's the unveiling. Revelation. In the fifth chapter
of Revelation, we beheld the worthiness of the Lamb to open the book
of God's eternal decrees and to loose the seals thereof. Now, in this chapter, chapter
6, remember in chapter 5 we were told there are seven seals that
are going to be opened by the Lord Jesus Christ. In this chapter,
six of them are opened in this chapter alone. The next one will
be in chapter 8 of Revelation. But a seal. A seal implies or
means that which is secret. It means that which is sure. We are sealed by the Spirit of
God. Sealed up. You ladies that can,
you know what it means to seal. To preserve it. Keep it. Seal it. So a seal is that which
in this sense is the secret counsel of Almighty God concerning God's
decree for all that He has eternally loved What's happening here is
the Lord is opening up and He's telling us, this is what will
happen. In every age, as I've said before,
the seven churches didn't mean seven dispensations of time. Every church that was written
to refers to Katie Baptist Church. Every seal that is opened refers
to every church, every member of God's people. So all the mysteries
of our faith, all the mysteries that are sealed up and kept in
God's eternal counsel and decree and His purpose, everything that
He has decreed, known, willed, Eternally, everything that God's
ever decreed, He's always decreed. God never changes. He's never
changed. That's why someone asked me one
time, have believers ever been under the wrath of God? Have
we ever been under the wrath of God? Well, let me ask you
this. Are believers under the wrath
of God now? No. There is now therefore no
condemnation to them that be in Christ Jesus." Then my question
would be, does God ever change? No. Have we ever been under the
wrath of God? Well, if you understand what
the word wrath means, then you would have to answer no, because
the word wrath means answerable for. When my children disobeyed
me when they were growing up, if I told one of my kids, don't
go in the street, and they went in the street, there was no question
what was getting ready to happen. None. Why? They were answerable. What did you do? You disobeyed
me. Are you telling me that God's
people have never disobeyed God? Oh, yes, they have. But you remember
this, they have a surety who answers for them eternally. The eternal surety. Therefore, knowing that the word
wrath means answerable for, then my question would be, at what
time, if God's people have always been considered in the person
of their surety, chosen in the Beloved before the foundation
of the world to be holy and without blame before Him, before God,
in love, if they've always been considered in a surety who took
their debt, who was made sin for them. At what point were
the sheep answerable themselves? Never. Never. So then I go back
to this question. Have the sheep ever been answerable
under the wrath of God? No. No. Always been considered. The Lord Jesus Christ bore their
debt eternally. The Scripture says He was slain
from the foundation of the world. Now, I understand that you and
I deal in time. A little here, a little there.
We deal in sequences. Last week was last week. Today
is today. And Lord willing, next week will
be next week. But God is eternal. God is the
I Am. And eternity is eternity. It's right now with God. Well,
that wasn't in my notes. Let me see where I am. The opening of these seals is going to reveal the mercy
and grace of Almighty God who has compassion on an undeserving
people. Undeserving without a doubt,
but everlastingly loved. So we see now in verse 1 of chapter
6, verses 1 and 2, now we saw last time that The four beasts
at the end of chapter 5 and verse 14. The four beasts, those cherubim,
the heavenly emblems, pictures, types that reveal the triune
God. It says they said to all that
was declared, Amen is what they said. And the four and twenty
elders fell down and worshiped Him. that liveth forever and
ever. In verse 1 of chapter 6, And
I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard as
it were the noise of thunder, and one of the four beasts saying,
Come and see. And I saw and behold a white
horse, and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown was given
unto him, And He went forth conquering and to conquer. Here we behold
the One who is worthy to open the book, the Lamb, slain, standing
in the midst of the throne, who came and took the book out of
the hand. Here is Him who sits on the throne,
God Himself. who has, who owns, who possesses
the book, the decrees of God Himself concerning His people
and His keeping and preserving them. This is what God has decreed
shall be, and they are sealed up. They are secret. How is God
going to do that? How is He going to keep them?
How is He going to preserve them? How is He going to do that? Well,
He who is worthy, the Lamb Himself, opens up the first seal. He says
this is the first thing that we know concerning how God keeps
His people. The hidden truth declared by
the only begotten Son through the means of the beast themselves,
the cherubim, speaking The Scripture says, as it were, with a voice
or the noise of thunder. When the beast declares, when
the beast thunders, when the beast speaks forth as thunder,
it is God Himself setting forth through the means of the four
beasts, the cherubim, the living creatures. And they thunder. Job 37.5 says, God thundereth
marvelously with His voice. Marvelous thing. Great things
He doeth which we cannot comprehend. That's what Job 37.5 says. We don't know how He does that.
How does God speak? How is God speaking right now
to you? How is that? How is it that you
can hear And truly, in your heart, you believe God is. God is. And He speaks. And He
says, brothers, God said where two or three are gathered, He's
in the midst. We believe that. We believe that
He has been pleased to visit with us. And I'm very aware,
and you that believe are too, that He hears just exactly. what's
being said, and he hears what I think, Mitch. He knows. He
knows my heart. He knows I am but dust. And I
do pray, as he is our heavenly and divine guest this morning,
may I speak forth. May he grant me the grace and
peace to say that which honors him. We see that the power of
God's voice sets forth this command, ìCome and see.î To you that believe,
thatís what He says, ìCome and see, come and dine.î The horse
is white, setting forth that which is holy and pure and heavenly. And he that sat on the horse
had a bow in his hand. Surely this can be no other than
our conquering Lord. That's what Brother Scott just
read about in Psalm 45, the errors of him. He says, go right into
the heart of his enemies. The conqueror of his bride must
rescue her from the captivity of Satan and the dominion of
sin. We must be rescued from ourselves. I'll tell you that right now.
The seals set forth how God preserves His people in the midst of this
wicked and perverse world and how He keeps them while they
travel through this vapor of a life. How does He keep them? Well, the first thing it says
right here is He conquers them. David said in verse 1 of Psalm
45, I'm indicting a good matter here. When the Lord rides upon
the horse of holiness and purposes to shoot the arrows of power
and love, His people are willing in the day of His power. They're
willing to come. They're willing to bow. They're
willing to believe. There's nothing doubtful about
this battle. How is He going to preserve His
people? He's going to conquer them. But
Psalm 45 says the errors that He shoots into the heart of His
enemies. His enemies. Remember, the Lord
is going to make His enemies to be His footstool. That's His
people. You who were enemies in your
mind. He called you out and made you His footstool, His stool
of rest, stool of comfort, peace, His enemies. So in this first
seal, we see the surety of God's sheep to be called out of darkness. That's how He's going to preserve
them. How is He going to keep them in the midst? What's going
to happen? What's the first great secret that God's going to reveal
to His people? He's going to conquer you. He's
going to bring you down. He's going to bring you to Himself.
He's going to show you who you are and who He is. He's going
to call you out of darkness. He's going to give you a new
heart. He's going to write His law on your heart. Boy, I tell
you, for a man to be kept, that man's got to be conquered. That's
what's going to happen first. And then verse 3 and 4, it says,
when He had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast
say, Come and see. And there went out another horse
that was red, and power was given to him that sat thereon to take
peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another.
And there was given unto him a great sword." Now when this
second beast speaks as that second seal, is being loosed, being
broken. And remember, the loosing of
these seals is by, first of all, it's by the Lord Jesus Christ. And what He's doing is He's declaring
the decrees of God concerning His people throughout time, keeping
them, victoriously delivering them by himself, bringing them
to himself. The first horse was white. He conquers his people. This
horse that was being ridden was a red horse, and it is symbolic
of the blood or the persecution of God's people. Here in the
first horse we see the power and holiness of Christ to gloriously
conquer His people, bringing them to Himself. But what follows
that is tribulation for the sake of the truth. Now this is what
God is going to reveal. This is what He is going to teach
us. God is going to conquer all of His people. He is going to
conquer them in holiness and righteousness and justice God
is a just God. It's a white horse. But power,
the Scripture says, was given to him that sat thereon. That
is, on that second horse that was read to take peace from the
earth. The Lord said in Matthew 10,
verse 34, He said, I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I come to set a man at variance
against his father, and the daughter against her mother." Now when
the rider on that second horse, on that red horse, is said to
take peace from the earth and that they should kill one another. That's what's said. He says,
it was a horse whose red power was given to him that sat there
and to take peace from the earth that they should kill one another. And there was given unto him
a great sword, almost without exception." The word kill or
slain refers to either to Christ or to His people being executed,
butchered, slaughtered, or maimed. Just turn back to Revelation
5-6. I beheld, and low in the midst
of the throne and of the four elders in the midst of the elders
stood a Lamb as He had been slain, having seven horns." Look here
in Revelation 6 and 9. We'll look at it in just a minute.
When He had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the
souls of them that were slain for the Word of God. And then
in Revelation 18 and 24, The Scripture says, "...and in
her was found the blood of prophets and saints and all they that
were slain upon the earth." So this word, slain, is the same
word that's here in chapter 6 and verse 4 that they should kill
one another. Now, the reason for this being
killed is told in verse 9. of chapter 6, it says, they were
slain for the Word of God and for the testimony which they
held. They were killed or slaughtered
or maimed because of the gospel. In Psalm 44, verse 22, it says,
Yea, for thy sake we are killed all the day long and are counted
as sheep for the slaughter. But what does it actually mean
to be killed? David said, for thy sake we are
killed all the day long. And you're thinking, well, I'm
sitting here. I'm not, you know, I haven't
been killed. Now, I know that some have. Some
have actually been martyred as we You know, we speak of the
word martyr. I'll deal with that in just a
minute. I'm trying not to get ahead of myself here. But what
does it actually mean when David says, yea, for thy sake are we
killed all the day long? Here's some. It says in that
second seal that was opened, it was a red horse. And it says
that power was given him to set on to take peace from the earth
that they should kill one another. Well, obviously, There are some
who have actually been physically executed for the sake of the
gospel. You know that's so. I mean, you
go back to the book of Genesis and you see where Cain killed
Abel. But the insinuation here is something
that is common to all believers. David said, we are killed. For thy sake we're killed all
the day long. So what is actually being meant
by that red horse? It says that this red horse came,
and remember, this is for every believer. Every believer. A red horse. Power was given
him to go forth and kill one another. Turn with me to Romans
8. Romans 8, 35. the sense, now you have to remember
too, man's ways are not God's ways. My thoughts are not your
thoughts. I think a certain way and I say,
well, this is the way it is. And then I read something in
the Scripture and then I find that what I thought didn't exactly
go to the extent that God said things were. I'll show you what
I'm talking about. Romans chapter 8 and verse 35,
it says, ìWho shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness,
or peril, or sword, as it is written, ìFor thy sake we are
killed,î as it is written,î Paul says, referring back to what
David wrote For as it is written, For thy sake we are killed all
the day long. What do you mean by that, Paul?
What does David mean? He says, We are accounted as
sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are
more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded
that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities,
nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height,
nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us
from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. So being killed all the day long
involves every attempt by the world of false religion to separate
us from the love of Christ. For as it is written, David said,
and Paul says, we are killed all the day long. Terrorists just bombed a place
over in London, September 11th, 2001, flew two jets into Twin
Towers there in New York. Why did they do that? Why'd they
do that? Well, their philosophy is they
hate the freedom that we have. They hate it. They're terrorists. They're murderers. Scum. That's what they are. They're not soldiers. Soldiers
have honor. They're criminals. But they hate
the freedom. They hate freedom. And so do
unbelievers. They hate the freedom that a
believer has. Their desire is to separate us
from the love of Christ. How do I know? We are, David
and Paul said, Paul quoting that Scripture, he says, we are killed
all the day long, and he qualified what he meant. He said, this
is what I'm talking about. We are accounted as sheep for
the slaughter. That's the way an unbeliever
sees a believer. You say, oh, I don't think that.
Oh, really? Remember, my thoughts are not
his thoughts. He says, they hated me for they
hated you. He said, if you're not for me,
If you're not for me, if you're not for me, if you're not for
me, then you're against me. A man that's outside of Christ
says, Oh, I'm not against you. Oh, brother Scott, I'm not. Oh,
no. Oh, no. I don't come down there
and visit where you preach. I don't, you know, I don't do.
Or I was, you know, I don't. But I don't hate the God you
serve. No. God says you do. If you're not for me, you're
against me. And if you're against me, He said, you hate those that
are for me. And the carnal mind is enmity
against God. I'll tell you what a man thinks
of God's people. He thinks the same thing he thinks
of Christ. And what does he think of Christ?
Well, look at the cross. And I do understand in the infinite
wisdom and mercy of Almighty God, they did exactly what God
had purposed they were going to do. in the bringing about
by the nailing of the Lord Jesus Christ to the cross, they accomplished
the purpose of Almighty God to redeem His people. But you can
bet this, they will stand before God accountable. The Scripture
says that we are killed all the day long and we are accounted
as sheep for the slaughter. viewed by the world as worthy
of death. That's what they say. In their
heart, it's what they say. I hate the God you serve and
I hate you. I hate you. See, we don't think
the way God thinks. We don't consider things the
way God considers things. God Almighty has set forth that
we are counted, accounted as sheep for the slaughter. But,
Paul says, we're more than conquerors through Him that loved us. Hated
because Christ is hated. We're for Him. We're with Him. And the Scripture says that all
that's not with Him is against Him. So the second horse represents
the religious persecution of God's people. Even though men may not outwardly
say something to you, I'm telling you, in their heart, they despise
the God that you serve. They think He's unfair, Stan.
They think He's mean. They think He's unloving. That's
the way they see Him. And the Scripture says they hate
you. Just like they hate Him. When
we consider what love is, I brought this out before, love your neighbor.
Love your neighbor. And I told you, I don't even
know who some of my neighbors are. How do I love them? Well,
my thinking of love is inconsistent with what God says love is. Love
is of God. So I'll tell you what it is to
love your neighbor. Be truthful with them concerning
the gospel. That's love. Love is of God. So in keeping with the context
of God's decrees of deliverance, knowing this, that God delivers
His people, He delivers them by conquering them. He delivers
them by keeping them from persecution. Thirdly, let's look at the next
thing that He's going to reveal to us in verses 5 and 6. When
He had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say,
Come and see. And I beheld in low a black horse,
and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And
I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure
of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny,
and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. the Lord Jesus, the worthy Lamb
that was slain, opens this next secret, this next seal. And that
third cherubim, that heavenly type of the triune God says,
as the first two did, come and see. Come and see what must shortly
come to pass concerning the elect. Let me show you how God keeps
His people in the midst of this world. Let me ask you, you that
believe, can you relate to the first two seals open? God's conquered
you. Has He conquered you? And has
He kept you, separated you, sanctified? That means set you apart. Though
the world hates the God that you love, would you give Him
up? though they hate you for the
sake of the gospel, would you quit declaring him?" I don't
think so. I know so. I know you wouldn't.
A rider is sitting on a black horse, and he's got a pair of
balances in his hand. And this horse and rider balances
refers to the keeping mercy of God to preserve His people in
the midst of great tribulation and spiritual famine. Now, the
second horse showed them, I'm going to keep you, but you're
going to be hated for my namesake, persecuted. This third horse
right here, the black horse, shows how God keeps His people,
preserves His people in the midst of great spiritual famine. Turn over to Ezekiel. Ezekiel
chapter 4. Ezekiel 4. I told you we'll go
back and forth from Ezekiel. We won't turn quite as much today,
but I'm going to try to just end this morning's message. I'm running out of time here.
Let's look at a passage of Scripture here. Now, I said the third seal
reveals to God's people how God keeps them in the midst of great
tribulation and spiritual famine. Ezekiel chapter 4, starting in
verse 9, Ezekiel is told by the Lord, Take thou also unto thee
wheat and barley and beans and lentils and millet, and put them
in one vessel, Make thee bread thereof according to the number
of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side. Three hundred
and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof. And thy meat which thou
shalt eat shall be by weight twenty shekels a day from time
to time shalt thou eat it. Thou shalt drink also water by
measure, six part of a hen from time to time shalt thou drink,
and thou shalt eat as barley cakes, eat it as barley cakes,
and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of a man in their
sight. And the Lord said, Even thus
shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among
the Gentiles, whether I will drive them. Then said I, Ah,
Lord God, behold, my soul hath not been polluted, for from my
youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of
itself. or is torn in pieces, neither came there an abominable
flesh into my mouth. And he said unto me, Lo, I have
given thee cow's dung for man's dung, and thou shalt prepare
thy bread therewith. Moreover, he said unto me, Son
of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem,
and they shall eat bread by weight and with care, and they shall
drink water by measure and with astonishment. that they may want
bread and water, and be astonished with one another, and consume
away from their iniquity. Ezekiel the prophet was told
by the Lord, you are going to lie. He was actually setting
up as if it were a siege against Jerusalem. 390 days he was to
lie upon his side and eat and drink according to measure. That's what God told him. He
said, you're going to eat and drink your bread and drink your
water by measure. It's going to be a certain amount. And he told him just exactly
what he was going to be able to eat. Verse 10, he says, Shalt thou eat by weight twenty
shekels a day, from time to time thou shalt eat it, and thou shalt
drink water by measure, a sixth part of a hen." Well, first of
all, a shekel, I found out, was a half an ounce. Half an ounce. So twenty shekels is ten ounces
of water. Ten ounces. And a hen, H-I-N,
was eight ounces of water. He was to have, from time to
time, one-sixth of a hen of water. One and one-third, approximately,
ounces of water. Three hundred and ninety days
he was to eat like this. Now, his bread was made according
to verse 9. from wheat, barley, beans, lentils,
millet, fitches, and he put them in one vessel. I found out that
that combination right there was a combination of regular
grain that was usually for human consumption and also grain that
was usually for animal consumption only. Now that combination of
bread was actually common when it was times of great poverty
or famine or sieges, when they just couldn't get a certain amount. That was the combination. Now,
the food that Ezekiel ate was actually exactly what he needed
to sustain life, even though It was food that would have been
detested by others and only desirable for those that are truly hungry
or thirsty. He had enough, Carl, to sustain
life. That's what he had. I mean, it
wasn't much. One-sixth of a hen of water from
time to time. Bread, just a little bit, ten
ounces. for a day. I mean, ten ounces
for a meal. But he was in a desert place,
hot, arid. This is what he had. He had enough. The Scripture says that the people
over in Numbers 21.5 spake against God and against Moses and asked,
he said, Wherefore have you brought us out of Egypt to die in the
wilderness? For there is no bread, Neither
is there any water, and our soul loatheth this light bread." The
Lord had sent them manna. They'd get up every morning,
and they had manna out there. They'd go pick it up. And manna
means, what is it? And they'd have manna to eat. And they could gather enough
for one day, except the day before the Sabbath, the Lord would allow
them for two days. They would rest. on the Sabbath
day. And the Scripture says that they'd
go out and they'd gather every day this manna. Had enough for
that day. That's all they had. One day.
The Scripture says here in Numbers, they got to a point where they
said, I'm sick of that. I'm sick of that. I'm sick of
this light bread. We don't have anything to eat.
We don't have anything to drink. And this manna, I loathe it. I hate it. Hate it. The Lord
said, in this third seal that was opened, he said, a black
horse. And he said, this is how God
is going to reveal that He's going to keep His people in the
midst of going through this life. There's going to be a black horse
and He's going to have a pair of balances in His hand. And what that horse and that
rider is doing, holding that, he's hearing a voice And that
voice in the midst of the four beasts, and remember, the four
beasts are revealing the character of God, setting forth. In the
midst of the four beasts, that's what they said, a measure of
wheat for a penny, three measures of barley for a penny, and see
thou hurt not the oil and wine. What is being said concerning
God's people being preserved in the midst of this life? A measure of wheat for a penny. A penny, I can go back and show
you, a penny was a man's wages one day. One day. You remember
when they went out and there was a good man and he had a field
and he hired a man and he said, I'll hire you for a penny. It's
what you go out and work. Some of them started in the morning
and it was a day and he hired some along the day and he hired
one toward the end of the day, paid him the same thing, Brother
Scott. Well, you know the significance of that. You do too. We won't
go into it. That means those that are called
by God in certain times. It doesn't matter when God calls
a man. Early life or at the end of his life, they have the same
reward. A penny a day's wages. But that's another message. But
anyway, he says, a measure of wheat. A measure of wheat was
the sustenance of one day. That's how much it took to keep
a man alive. One day. A measure of wheat for a penny
and three measures of barley for a penny. Same thing. Keep
him alive. One day. What the Lord is saying
is this. He is saying, I will provide
all that you need, all your need, spiritual and physical, according
to my riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Ezekiel was in a time
of famine and siege. He had to eat what God provided. Though what God provided was
actually a combination of man food and animal food, for as
they were concerned, though that what the Lord provided was despised
food for those that were not hungry, Ezekiel was sustained. God kept him. Now listen, we
are in a land ravaged by famine right now. Amos 8, 11 says, ìBehold,
the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine
in the land.î This is right now. ìIt is not a famine of bread,
nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.î
Let me tell you something. This is a desperate time, and
it always has been. This is an oasis right here.
You that believe know that. I challenge you to go and walk
out of these doors and find a place just anywhere and everywhere. I've heard people say, why do
you pass up? How many places do you pass coming
here? How many places, how many buildings do you pass that somebody
has a religious sign out there on the front and says, you know,
so-and-so church, whatever, whatever? I challenge you to find a place
just anywhere and everywhere where the gospel of free grace,
sovereign saving grace, the gospel is preached. This place is a
famine, a famine. And what sustains us while in
this dark world of the famine of truth? What sustains us? I'll tell you. Nothing but the
eating of Him and drinking of Him that is despised by this
world's religion. We eat by faith. Ezekiel had, with this I'm going
to close. Ezekiel had just a little bit.
He had some bread. It was just, God said, this is
what you're going to make it out of. This is what it is. And
you eat this much today and you drink this much today. Just by
measure, that black horse, he that sat on it had scales measured.
Heard this voice, says, measure of wheat for a penny. Three measures
of barley for a penny. Don't hurt the wine, the oil.
The world says, do you think that just eating
of Him is enough to sustain life? We say He is life, and yes, He
is enough. Are you saying that a measure
of wheat for a penny and a measure of barley for a penny is enough? That's what's going to sustain
you today? I sure do. You're saying that to me, you
think that all it takes is just belief and faith in Him, that's
enough? It sure is. He's enough. And He's enough
for today. We eat by measure of God's grace. And I'll tell you this, it's
a balanced meal. We take no thought for tomorrow. A day's worth of
our need, God's going to provide. If He chooses for us to tarry
here tomorrow, I'll tell you this, there'll be enough. And
don't hurt. The writer said, or the voice
in the midst of the four beasts, ìDonít hurt the wine and the
oil. Measure wheat for a penny. Remeasure barley for a penny.
Donít hurt the oil and the wine.î The word ìhurtî there means,
ìDonít be unjust. Let there be no injustice.î Thatís
what that means. The world is truly in a famine,
a famine that it doesnít know anything about. The believer
sees it. beholds the mercy of Almighty
God to provide Himself as the bread of heaven and the water
of life. Christ Himself will ever protect and keep His people
by the anointing of the oil of His Spirit and by the wine of
His love and His grace. Measure wheat for a penny, three
measures of barley for a penny, and it is enough. And don't let
there be any injustice. Let the oil and the wine of God's
Spirit and grace and mercy sustain His people. People say, I can't
believe that you think that He's enough. Oh, He is. Psalm 34. Psalm 34, 6. This poor man cried
and the Lord heard him and saved him out of his troubles. The
angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him. delivereth
them. Oh, taste and see that the Lord
is good. Blessed is the man that trusteth
in Him. Oh, fear the Lord, ye His saints,
for there is no want, no lack to them that fear Him. The young
lions do lack, suffer hunger, but they that seek the Lord shall
not want any good thing. Measure wheat, remeasures of
barley. You mean to tell me that despised
food. You think that that's all? The world hates Him. You tell
them, say, I ate of Him. I drink of Him. They say, that'll
never do. That'll never be enough. Oh,
His justice has set forth. He says, don't touch the oil
and wine. God's people, He'll keep them. That's exactly right. That's
exactly right. If he's all you've got, Brother
Scott said, he is enough. Isn't that the truth? Let's stand
together. Brother Scott, would you dismiss
us, please?
