I am now complete in Thee. Sing the chorus without the instrument.
Yea, justified, O blessed God, and sanctified, salvation brought. Thy blood hath hardened, bought
for me, and glorified I too shall be. That's good. Rocky Mountain, Oklahoma. Now, I want you to turn in your
Bibles to First Corinthians, Chapter 10. First Corinthians, Chapter 10. Let's read verses sixteen and
seventeen. The cup of blessing which we
bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread
which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? being many, are one bread and
one body. For we are all partakers of that
one bread." Communion. I think I'm beginning to learn
a little bit, a very little bit, but I am beginning to learn something
about our Lord's great commandment for us to love one another and
others, other people as well. I think I may be getting just
a little hint of what he's saying and what he says so frequently.
Have you ever noticed how much our Lord dealt with this subject?
Over and over again, our Lord emphasized the love his disciples
should have to one another, and the close connection between himself and this love
for his people. I hope as a result of this message
tonight, it's going to be a brief message, but I hope you'll see
something of that connection, that connection. So important
is this love. that if you do not love his people,
you do not love Jesus Christ. That's how important it is, and
that's how close the connection is. So close is the connection
between Christ and his people that whatever you do or don't
do for his people, you have done it. Or you have not done it to
him. That's what he said. This is the same as a. The way
I can relate this to you. This is the same as a parental. Or a marital relationship. You
parents, you know this well. If I do not love your children,
You're not going to have any fellowship with me, are you?
Are you, Steve? Love me, love my kid. That's
just the way it is in a marriage relationship. You do not love
my wife. See, we're one person, right?
Two have become one flesh. You don't love my wife, you can't
love me. You don't love me, you can't
love my wife, right? If you don't, if you don't love
my wife, you and I can't have any fellowship together. Right? Right. Well, it's the same with
Christ and his people. Now, as I said, I'm learning
more and more of this great truth and the necessity of learning
it. But as I learn it, and as I studied this portion tonight, this study tonight,
we're going through it, I have learned how, I realize how much
I failed at this. And not only in the performance
of it, loving you as I ought to, but I failed to teach this
to you properly. Now I have made ignorant statements
like this, and if I'm here thirty years, which I hope to be, I
told Brother Joe Parks the other night sitting on our front porch,
I said, I fully intend to die in Rocky Mountain. So if you
want another pasture, you just have to get rid of me. I fully
intend to die right here. And in the course of 30 years,
if the Lord leaves me here, if there's still a church here,
I'm going to take back a lot of things I say here. Not fundamental
truths of the gospel, but a lot of things, a lot of interpretations
of passages, a lot of things that I have said. I'm going to
have to alter them a little bit. I'm just a man. I have made,
I've ignorantly believed and made statements to this effect,
and I stand corrected. I said things like this, we do
not come here to this place to fellowship with one another,
but we come here to worship God. And what I meant was, I meant
well. What I meant was, this is not
chiefly a social club. I got to thinking about everybody's
concern about the food, and you should be. You've prepared it
and all that. And I thought, no, that takes second place.
That's later. This is our fellowship. This is our real fellowship.
Without this, we're going to see it in a minute, without this,
we wouldn't have that. We wouldn't even be doing this.
This is it. This is what I meant by that
is this is not cheaply a social club, but this is a place to
worship God through primarily the preaching and the worship
services. And the reason I say that things
like that, that we're not here to fellowship, but we're here
to worship because many, if not most, so-called churches today
have replaced what I'm doing right now with that down there. Right. Most so-called churches
would just do away with this entirely right here and go on
down there and have a big time and say they had a good time
in Jesus. Well, no. No, this is what it's
all about. But I do stand corrected because
there is a real close connection, a real close and inseparable
connection between worshiping God, praising God, rejoicing
in him, serving Christ, and the fellowship of the saints." Now, you listen to this statement,
and it's based upon Scripture. Turn to Matthew 25. I'm going
to read it to you. Matthew chapter 25. Listen to this statement now. are the bodily presence of the
Lord Jesus Christ on this earth. I know that's a mystery, and
we can't begin to really describe that. It is truly a mystical
thing. Mystical means mysterious. Something
can't be explained, nevertheless it's real. It's a reality. Believers
are the bodily presence of the Lord Jesus Christ on this earth. You believe that? We're called
the body. Are we not? Well, look at it
with me, Matthew 25, look at verse 31, beginning here. When
the Son of Man shall come in his glory. Now listen to this,
listen to the, here is the setting of this. Our Lord is talking
about the last day, the judgment, his second coming, that great
and glorious day when all the saints should be gathered together.
Listen to this. Listen to how he's going to distinguish
between true disciples and falsehoods. Stan, listen to this. When the
Son of Man shall come in his glory," and that's going to be
a day that's beyond description, "...and all the holy angels with
him," a multitude of heavenly hosts, "...then shall he sit
upon the throne of his glory. And before him shall be gathered
all nations." Imagine this scene. before him gathered all nations
of every human being and it stood upon the face of this earth.
What a scene! And before him shall be gathered
all nations and he shall separate them one from another as a shepherd
divided his sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on
the right hand and the goats But the goats on the lair, and
this is what the king shall say in that great judgment day. Come, you blessed of my father. And he's going to usher them
in. Come on. Little ones, little sheep, come on. Come on in. The
blessed kingdom. Inherit the kingdom prepared
for you from the foundation of the world for. This is how he distinguishes
them, Henry. I was hungry. you gave me me. I was thirsty. You gave me drink. I was a stranger. You took me in naked. You clothed me. I was sick. You
visited me. I was in prison. You came unto
me. Then shall those righteous one begin to answer him, saying,
Lord, when saw we thee? hungered, and fed thee, or thirsty,
and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger,
and took thee in, or naked, and clothed thee? When saw we thee
sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the king shall
answer, and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Of a truth I
say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the
least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." Then shall he speak to those
on his left hand. I want to be on the right hand.
What's the distinguishing mark between the right hand and the
left hand? He just read it. Then shall he
say to those on his left hand, depart from me. You curse it into everlasting
fire, prepared for the devil And his angels, I was hungry,
you gave me no meat. I was thirsty, you gave me no
drink. I was a stranger, you took me not in. Naked, you clothed
me not. Sick and in prison, you visited
me not. Then shall they also answer him,
saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, or thirsty, or stranger,
or naked, or sick, or in prison? Did not minister unto thee? We
did not know. Then shall he answer them, saying,
Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as you did it not, to one of
the least of these. He didn't do it for me. And these
shall go away into everlasting punishment, but to the righteous
in the life eternal." That's a sobering passage, isn't it? That is a sobering passage of
Scripture. The Lord just, uh, was that some, just some little
story He's telling? Ah, it's truth. You can literalize
that. Well, do you see the inseparable
connection between love to Christ and love for the brethren? Inseparable,
isn't it? Do you see the seriousness of
it? All right, back to our text in 1 Corinthians 10. You see,
our text says this. Listen to it again. 1 Corinthians
10, 16. The cup of blessing which we
bless, is it not the communion of the
blood of Christ? The word communion is the same
word used for fellowship in other places, particularly 1 John.
The bread which we break, is it not the communion, the fellowship
of the body of Christ? Is it not the communion of the
body of Christ? Verse 17, For we, being many,
are one bread. We're bread. Explain that. We are bread. We are one bread. We are His
body. We are one bread and one body. For we are all partakers of that
one bread. Christ is in me. I have ingested
Christ into me. Christ is in me. I am his body. Now turn to 1 John chapter 1. I don't think we'll begin to
understand this, but we need to believe it. 1 John chapter
1. 1 John 1. Now the song says, and
we're going to sing this song here in a little bit, blessed
be the tie that binds our hearts in Christian love. Blessed be
the tie that binds. What is that tie that binds us?
Christ. Christ is the tie. Christ in
you, the hope of glory. Christ in us. You're not the
body if Christ is not in you by faith, right? Bless be the
tie that binds. We've got the same blood running
through our veins, Terry. We're blood brothers, right? I'm not talking about Adam's
blood either. I'm talking about Christ. Bless be the tie that binds our
hearts in kindred or Christian love. The fellowship of kindred
minds, those of like faith, the fellowship of kindred minds is
just like that above. Not one way different, except
more glorious, more complete. The reason we know each other. Terry Kinsley, I would not know
you. I probably would not know you
on planet earth if it were not for Christ. Right? I probably
would not like you, and vice versa, if it weren't for Christ.
The reason we love each other, and we do love each other, don't
we? is because of Christ. The reason
we are here together tonight is because of Jesus Christ, who
he is, what he did, where he is now. The reason we enjoy this
blessed time together right now is because of Jesus Christ. Now, you can have a good time
by joining the row club, the rotary club, the lion's club,
this and that and the other, but that would pale. miserably
in comparison to this blessed fellowship, this brotherhood
of the saints. Christ is the reason for all
of this. Let's never forget that. Christ
is the reason for all of this. Because the Father loved us and
chose us for his own, loved us with an everlasting love, therefore
with loving kindness he drew us, drew us to his Son. Father
loved us, He sent His Son down here to die for us, to live for
us, to die for us, to save us, to redeem us, a peculiar people,
a purchased people, zealous of good work. He sent His Son down
here to us, to save us, because Christ came and He lived. He
came and lived and established that righteousness, that righteous
life that we need to have to live with God someday. to live
in communion with God right now. We couldn't enjoy God now if
we didn't have this imputed and imparted righteousness to our
account, right? We would not enjoy God. Because Christ died, because
he paid out the price that it took, those people, they were
expensive to purchase this people. They were on the auction block
of sin that were going to have to pay with their lives, pay
the dear cost. Christ had to pay a price, didn't
He? It's costly. What did it take? Everything
He had. Just like that pearl of great
price, it took Christ everything He had. His own life's blood. The Scripture says because He
poured out His soul unto death even. And He purchased His people. He died that I might live. We were about to die. We were
at the gallows, ready to be hanged. We were ready to have the guillotine
come down on our head, ready to be crucified like that thief
on the cross. Christ said, no, I found a ransom. What is it? It's me. I'm the
ransom. Let him go free. If you seek
me, that's like he said about the disciples in the garden,
didn't he? to give him a to take him and
I've taken the rest of them with him. They were guilty. Guilt
by association. Well, I like to be guilty of
that, association with him, wouldn't you? And he, they came to him
and said, he said, who do you seek? He went out, Christ went
out in front of them, like he'll do at the judgment day for us.
Stand right in front of us, right between God and us. He said,
whom do you seek? Say that to justice, to the law.
Whom do you seek? I seek that Terry Kinsley. Let
him go free and take me. Take me. Because Christ died,
he redeemed us by his blood because he rose. And now he ever lives
to make intercession for us. Yeah, he's won. Yeah, he's won. Yeah, he's won. No, no, didn't
buy her. Yeah, she's won. He ever lives. to make intercession for his
people, ensuring that the price he paid gets a full reward. And because of him, we now meet
together as brothers and sisters, right? And what we're doing here
is praising him for his love to us. And there's a real sense,
and what we're doing here is remembering what he did, what
I just described in brief, what he did. I can't drum that up
in you. I can't drum it up in me. The
Holy Spirit has to touch our hearts with that great sacrifice
of love that Christ made. But there's a real sense that
we not only celebrate what he did, for us, but what He does in and
to and through us right now. We have this... Terry, I can't
imagine being without you now. You don't feel that way. I know
you think that you don't need me, but I do, buddy. I can't
imagine. I can't imagine being without
you or any of these brothers and sisters. I don't want to
lose one. We've lost too many already. Since I've been here
and I've lost sleep and blame myself because I don't want to
lose another one. I asked Joe this morning after
I said a few things, made a few comments, and you have to forgive
me at times because I treat you, I love you like I love my wife. And I treat you like that sometimes. It's not always real nice, isn't
it? But I just say what's on my mind. I say what I'm feeling. That doesn't mean, you know...
And I'd ask Joe, I'd say, am I being mean? Was I mean just
now? I don't want to do that. I don't want to run anybody off
from here. But I sure want to tell you like it is. What kind
of relationship do you have with your husband or wife when you
go around sulking, not talking? You say, what's wrong? And he
or she won't tell you. That's no relationship, is it?
Let's get it out. Get it out. Well, I praise Him,
and what we're doing here is a celebration of what He has
done for us here. There's a real sense, and that's
part of the reason we meet together here tonight, to remember who
He is and what He did for us. And what He did for us, Vicki,
part of what He did for us is giving us, Vicki, He's given
you a family. Your family, your blood family
is in New York, or wherever, New York. We've all you've got
right now, aren't we? Do you thank God for this? I
sure do. I left my family out in San Francisco,
in Ashland, and I will regret a day of it. Do you? That's the
reason I've, I know the Lord's in this. Mindy and I, we haven't
had a second One minute's second guess or the slightest regret. Not a minute, not a thought,
not a passing thought. Not a passing thought. Behold my mother. Fancy, you're just about old
enough. My mother. And she treats me
like that sometimes. She mothers me. I like that.
My brethren. Rick, I'm closer to you than
I am my flesh and blood brethren in Kentucky right now. And that's the way I like it.
That's just fine with me. You're the same way, aren't you?
We fellowship. We celebrate. We remember what
he did, and what he did was not only save our souls, but do this
right here. Give us a family. My, my. The love and the fellowship of
the brethren. It's interrelated. Now look here in 1 John, verse
1. As I read, I'm just going to read down through here, and
you notice we've read this, you've read this time and time and time
again. But read it now. Maybe you'll
hear it. Maybe I'll hear it for the first
time. Read it again for the first time. 1 John 1, look at the inseparable
connection between knowing God, knowing Christ, believing Him,
trusting Him, and loving the brethren in this fellowship we
have with the brethren. Inseparable. You cannot separate it. You can't
have one without the other. That which was from the beginning,
which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes. He's
talking about Christ, which we have looked upon. Our hands have
handled the word of life Christ. The life was manifested. We've
seen him and bear witness and show unto you that eternal life. John is talking about Christ.
He's so indescribable that he says that
this wonderful thing or one that, like the holy angel said about
the child being born, that holy thing. This is the same with
that thing, that eternal life, which was with the Father. He's
manifested to us. God showed him to us. Showed
him to us. And that which we have seen,
verse three, and heard, we declare it, declare we unto you that
you also may have fellowship with us. Fellowship with us. And truly, our fellowship is
with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ. And these
things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. Now, this
is the message we've heard of Him, and this is what we heard
from Him, the one we heard and seen and handled and so forth.
And we're declaring it unto you, God's light. That is, understanding,
light. In Him is no darkness. Now, if
we say we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, We
lie, we do not the truth. If we walk in the light as he
is in the light, we have fellowship. See the connection? One with
another. And the blood of Jesus Christ,
God's son, cleanses us from all sin. They're interconnected aren't
they? Look down at chapter two, verse one. Little children, these
things are right under you. Don't sin. But if any man sinned, I'm glad
he added this, aren't you? We have an advocate with the
Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, and he is a propitiation, a covering,
a sin-atoning sacrifice for our sin, the pitch in this tabernacle. And not for ours only, but also
for the sins of the Gentile world out there. And hereby we do know
him. If we keep his commandment, what
are his commandment? Well, verse four, he that sayeth
I know him and keepeth not his commandments, he's a liar. The
truth is not in him. Whosoever keeps his word in him
verily is the love of God perfected. Hereby we know, hereby know we
that we are in him. Now keep looking. He that saith
he abideth in him ought himself also to walk, even as he walketh."
Brethren, I don't write a new commandment unto you, but an
old commandment which you heard from the beginning, which God
said a long time ago back in Exodus. The old commandment is
the word which you heard from the beginning, but a new commandment
I write unto you which saying is true in him and in you, because
darkness is past, true light now shining. He that saith he
is in the light and hateth his brothers in darkness. He that
loveth his brother abideth in the light. There's no occasion
of stumbling in him. Look at verse 15. Love not the
world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man
loved the world, the love of the Father is not in him. All
that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the
eyes, the pride of life, is not of the Father, it's of the world.
And the world is going to pass away. These things, you've got
your heart and mind and soul. affection set upon and devote
all your time and energy and money and efforts to, it's going
to rot. Devote all your time and energy and effort to somebody
who's going to be with you throughout eternity. It's going to pass
away. He said, the love of the world
passes away and the lust thereof, but he that doeth the will of
God abideth forever. What is the will of God? Well,
look at it. Little children, it's the last
time you've heard that Antichrist shall come. Even now there are
many Antichrists, whereby you know it is the last time, and
they went out from us, Antichrists, those that are not Christ's,
went out from us. But they were not of us. If they
were being of Christ, the body, they had no doubt, have continued
with us. But they went out, that it may
manifest, they're not all of us. I hear these people say, they
talk about being believers and so forth, and not a member of
the body of a local church. I had a hard time with that. We're going to see this inseparable
connection if you haven't seen it already. Look at chapter three.
Behold what manner of love, verse one, the Father hath bestowed
upon us that we should be called the sons of God. What love? Therefore,
the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now
are we the sons of God. It doth not yet appear what we
shall be, but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be
like him. We shall see him as he is, verse 11. And this is
the message you heard from the beginning, from God, from Christ,
now from me, that we should love one another. Verse fourteen,
we know that we have passed from death unto life because we love
the brethren. I can't see Christ, Terry. I
can't hear his audible voice. Can't do it, buddy. I can't shake
hands with Christ. Can I? I can't. from death unto life, because
we love the brethren. We love the brethren. He that
loveth not his brother abideth in death. Whosoever hateth his
brother is a murderer, and ye know no murderer hath eternal
life abiding in him. Hereby we perceive the love of
God, because he laid down his life for us, and we ought to
lay down our life for our brethren. Whoso hath this world's goods,
and seeth his brother have need, shutteth up his bowels of compassion
from it." How's the love of God dwell in that person? Little children, let us not love
in words. I love you. I told a brother
that the other day. I said, this sounds so hollow,
I know, but we need to tell one another that. We really do. It helps. Women need to hear
it, don't they? You men, your wives need to hear
that. Don't fake it. But if you feel
it, if you really do, tell her once in a while. She needs to
hear it. The body of Christ needs to hear it from Christ, too.
Say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. Call me your beloved. I have
doubts sometimes. And I need to hear it from you,
Terry Kendler. I have heard it. And oh, it's a blessing, isn't
it? We need to hear it. We need to
say it. If we feel it, go on. Little
children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but
indeed in truth. Not only say it, but do it. Back
up your word. Hereby we know that we are of
the truth. Are you looking at that with
me? You've got to look at it with me. Verse 19, hereby we know
that we are of the truth of Christ and shall assure our hearts before
him. For if our heart condemn us,
God knows more than our heart. So I ask you, did you catch the connection?
They were just intertwined throughout all of that, weren't they? Knowing
Christ, what he did, who he is, what he did, and love for the
brethren, fellowship with the brethren. Did you see any separation,
any division there? I ask you then, in light of these
passages, do you love Jesus Christ? I think it's evident in many,
if not most of you, and I'm glad. But I ask you this, let me go
a little further. Does this service we're participating in, or every
time we meet together, does it rejoice your heart? Ask yourself
that. Do I enjoy coming here? Do you enjoy worship? Huh? Hereby we shall know and assure
our hearts. Do you love Jesus Christ? Well,
Lord, thou knowest. I love thee. I love you because
you first loved me. I wouldn't dare take credit for
this love. It's the love of God shed abroad in my heart if I
do love him. And I believe I do. Do you love
this fellowship, this worship service that we're going through
here? Terry came in to study and he said, I just like to get here
early because I get excited about this. I hold out a whole lot of hope
for that man. Do you enjoy worship? Do you
love and need the gospel? I mean, does the gospel rejoice
your heart? Do you love it? Do you love to
hear it? Do you get a thrill? Do you still get a thrill? Do you still get a thrill out
of hearing the gospel? I hope so. I hope so. Do you
need the gospel? You lady, just like I was telling
Violet, she came out there in the, I'll call it the vestibule, but
no, that's an old Catholic word for the place they put vestments
on, out in the foyer there. And she said, I need to hear
that. I said, you? A nice, moral, upright, Christian
lady, need to hear about that woman? That straight woman, you
know, in all her sins, sitting at the feet of Christ, she said,
yeah, you don't know my heart. I need to hear that. You need
this gospel? Have you heard it enough already? Now, here's the question. Do you love these people around
you? It's all vitally connected. You
can't separate it. You know, I love the gospel,
but I just can't find the church. Boo! I wish I could repeat that,
what I wanted to finish the sentence. That's just not so. Christ says, love me and love
my people. Right? If you are one of God's
people, I've got to. Not do I, am I supposed to, but
if I love Christ, I have, it's within me. I have to love you. I do love you. You can't fake
it either. Hereby we shall know. We know
that we have passed from death unto life because we love the
brethren. Did you read that scripture with me? We know that we have
passed from death unto life because we love the brethren. Hereby
we know that we are of the truth and shall assure our hearts before
him. I wish I could give everybody,
we could line it up and have everybody walk up here and say
what you felt. I'm not going to do it. Don't
get me. But I can. Here I stand. And I can say this. And words ring hollow. And I've
said it before, but I can't help it to say it again. I love you
people. And I can't possibly imagine
doing it without you. I can't imagine. Just can't imagine. You know, I'm thinking about
that, thinking about this close relationship we have together. I thought about Ephesians 5.
If you want to turn over there real quick, I'm almost finished.
Ephesians 5, verse 31. I thought about this, and this
could apply, certainly. Ephesians 5, verse 31, this great
mysterious statement Paul made concerning Christ, their marriage,
and the church, and so forth. For this cause shall a man leave
his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and
they too shall be one flesh. Well, I left my father and mother.
Yeah, I could marry her. But I left them in Kentucky to
come down here and marry you. And I'm not going to give you
a divorce. There's a real sense in which
that applies, and I call on Vicki and others. There are others
here who have no family but here. Right. There's a real sense in
which this applies to the believer, too, concerning the church for
this cause. Shall a man leave his father
and his mother and his family and be joined unto his wife? And they too shall be one flesh.
It's a great mystery. I speak concerning Christ in
the church, Paul said. Does that not apply thereto?
Is that the same principle, Terry? Sure it is. Sure it is. It's
a mystery, isn't it? But so, it's so. Christ, because Christ left his
It chiefly and principally applies to Christ, doesn't it? Because
he left his father's throne to marry a bride, he left his father
to come down here and marry a harlot, and did that. He took a wife
to himself. Therefore, because he did that,
we have this mysterious union called the Church. It's a great
mystery to the Church, and it's more than an organization. That's
the reason I'm going to drop this name more than a denomination. I'm going to drop it someday.
I'm warning you. Get your madness out right now, because I'm going
to drop her. One of these days, we're going
to put up on that sign out there, Grace Tabernacle. I thought she was Baptist. Well,
you don't see Baptists long ago. We believe Christ. I don't have
to explain that anymore. Grace Tabernacle. This is more than a denomination,
more than an institution, more than an organization. This is
a family. That's the way it ought to be run, a family, brothers
and sisters. And now, right here tonight,
we're all gathered around the table. Time to eat, Rick. Same thing, buddy, isn't it?
Brothers and sisters. Would you go tell Rick he's always
late coming to the table? You got people like that? Same
way. Just like a family. We're all gathered around the
table now. I wouldn't. And we're all gathered around
the table to eat. And let me tell you about this. It's not,
it's a round table. It's not a square table. There's
nobody at the head of this table. At least none of us. It's a round
table. We're all equal here. If there
was a head of the table, Christ would be sitting at it with us. He's at the head of the table.
Yet there's a sense in which he's not sitting at the table.
He said that he will take it and serve us. He will serve us. That's what he's doing tonight.
And here at this table, we're all equal. I've heard my pastor
say this for years. Grace is a great leveler. It
levels people. There's no fathers, there's no
mothers, there's no pastor at this table. There's no father,
there's no mother, there's no male, no female, no black, no
white, no Jew, no Gentile, no rich, no poor, no learned, no
ignorant. They're all the same. Christ's
people. His little children. His little
children. All equal at the table. All,
like we saw this morning, sinners saved by grace. Like old Mephibosheth. Everybody in here was fetched
from somewhere. Fetched from somewhere by the
king's command. You didn't get here by special
worthiness, did you? Oh, he fetched you. Old dead
dog. Lying that every one of us were
down in Lodabar. Everybody in here was in Lodibar,
the place of no bread, and the king came and had us fetched
here and said, come sit down, we're going to eat bread. Good
food. King's fare. He brought us into
his banqueting house, Song of Solomon said, to his house of
wine. And I tell you what, this wine
is a whole lot sweeter than Cabernet Sauvignon. This is the blood
of Christ. The blood of Christ. A whole
lot sweeter than the most vintage wine in America. And they eat
sweet manna. Sweet manna. Christ said, My
body is bread for you. It's a mystical thing. It's a
mystery. And we commune with Christ. We
commune with one another. Yeah, we are. We have a good
time. There's nothing wrong. I'm not
putting all the robes on, you know, going to burn the incense
and, you know, go through and sprinkle you in the face with
holy water and go through all the seven dominum diminum and
Latin and sayings and all this and just make this afraid to
breathe, you know, do something wrong, say, move. This is a celebration. It's a
party. Brother Todd Nybert, I talked
to Brother Todd Nybert on the phone. He said, you know, the
Lord's table is having a party with other believers. But it's
not wild revelry and drunkenness and all that. If you're going
to be drunk, be filled with the Holy Spirit, he said. Be filled
with the Spirit. And we eat this table and commune
with one another. It goes hand in hand. We celebrate
His love and our love for one another. The reason we have one
another is because of His love. All right. Brother Henry serves
us some bread.
