The greatest hour this world has seen, the hour of salvation, the hours upon the cross were also its darkest. And the darkest hours this world has ever seen were also the greatest. We may bemoan our own sin, our own unbelief. We may bemoan our own doubts, our own fears. We may see the darkness around. We may feel the darkness within.
