Good morning. Good to see you folks this morning. There's 11 people here right now. At least four on the internet. So that's 15. But listen to this. I'd share this with you because I fall into this Trap all the time. I look out and I see just a few people, and I think to myself, Lord, are you still doing the work and rescue? Do you know, if there were just two of us, the Lord would still be doing the work and rescue. Listen to this. Paul Mahan wrote this article, and I just want to share this with you. Noah was called a preacher of righteousness in 2 Peter 2 verse 5. Paul says, think about that for a moment. Noah, as he was building the ark.

Now, we know that it took almost a little over a hundred years. Paul writes, for a hundred years, for over a hundred years, he preached a holy and righteous God, and Christ the sinner's only righteousness. That's a preacher of righteousness. Christ, the only, the sinner's only righteousness.

Now think about it, he says. He preached 100 years without one convert. He just kept preaching it. He'd be like Mike over there working on the side of that building, hammering nails or doing whatever he was doing to the ark. And he'd be talking to the Lord. He'd be preaching righteousness. And nobody paid any attention to it. Paul closes his article, he says, not one person came into that ark except for his family.

But then, imagine, and this is something I think about often, what encourages me to keep studying, to keep putting together a message, to keep getting up on Sunday mornings and think, Lord, what would you have for me to bring before my brethren today? Think of the encouragement, the gratefulness that Noah had for those seven souls that God gave him to preach to. His family. Paul writes, I'll bet Noah continued preaching afterward as well to just seven souls. And he was mighty thankful for his little congregation. Folks, I am so thankful for you. I'm so thankful that God has given us a place here in the woods to come together, to put the world behind us for just a few moments and think about our Savior.

Our Lord who went to the cross and gave Himself for us. Our scripture reading for this morning from Psalms chapter 119 is verses 89 through 96. the 12th Hebrew letter, Lamed. And this marks the middle of Psalm 119. Chapter 119, verses 89 through 96, Lamed.

Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations. Thou hast established the earth, and it abideth. They continue this day according to thine ordinances, for all are thy servants. Unless thy law had been my delights, I should have perished in mine affliction. I will never forget thy precepts, for with them thou hast quickened me. I am thine, save me, for I have sought thy precepts. The wicked have waited for me to destroy me, but I will consider thy testimonies. I have seen an end of all perfection, but thy commandment is exceeding broad.

And may the Holy Spirit grant us understanding of His will. Turn to 2 Corinthians, if you would, chapter 2 verses 14, may I then in him be found, dressed in his righteousness alone, faultless to stand before the throne. What a thing to consider, what a thing to contemplate. Me, standing before God faultless.

As I mentioned last week, the gospel of God's free and sovereign grace, salvation through the free and sovereign grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, is under attack. It always has been. Cain and Abel. Cain fought it all the way. His daddy, Adam, taught him what the gospel was. He taught him the truth. We know this because Abel knew it. Yet Cain said, no, it's not enough.

It's not deep enough. You've heard me say, my own family has mentioned this. John, all you do is flap around on top of the pond. You never dive deep enough. There's more to scriptures than just Christ and Him crucified. See, that's the attack. That's the attack.

My pastor's message to me, and it was such an encouragement, I spoke with him. Last time I talked to him, we talked for about an hour. And it was so wonderful to, folks, it's hard. It's hard to get up here. and preach that one message every Sunday. It's not easy. It's easy to find. It's easy to go into God's Word and say, oh, here, look, you see Christ here. Oh, here, look, you see Christ here. It's easy to do that, but it's not easy to get up and preach the same message every Sunday, especially when it's under attack, not just by one or two persons here or another person there, but even by my own family.

So his encouragement was just keep on keeping on. And I think about that. He did it for 38 years. That article I just read for you, Noah preached Christ and His righteousness alone for a hundred years. The battle that we talked about in Bible study, the enemies, those who are my enemies, my greatest enemy is me. I don't have somebody that follows me around all week. John Reeves follows John Reeves around every day, 24 hours a day. This flesh, this carnal flesh that battles with the spirit, the spirit that wants, the spirit that desires to walk in the precepts of God.

They say, you know, you grace preachers, all you do is preach people that if they do whatever they want, they can do whatever they want. You know, they're not responsible, they don't have to answer to anything. And that's not true at all. If you're a true child of God, you want to walk perfectly, but you can't. There's only one place that we can look to, just as it was in the days of Adam, and Cain, and Abel, and all the way till now. There's only one place we can look to, and that's the battle.

And the battle is this, that we are triumphant in Christ. Look with me here in 2 Corinthians 2, verse 14. Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ. The battle is this, people want to have something to do. Those who don't trust in the grace of God, they have a trust in their flesh. And they want to put all what they have on, Christ did this, yes, but there has to be a new man. This is the new man, what the Holy Spirit is bringing you to do. I don't put that down. Is there a new creature in us?

Absolutely. There is no doubt that John Reeves is not the same one who sat there in that pew 29 years ago. This is not the same John Reeves. I don't have the same want-tos that I did then. So is there a new creature in me? Absolutely. But God's word is very clear. My word is spirit. It's not carnal. This flesh is carnal. My spirit has a completely different desire than what I do in the flesh.

That's what Paul talks about. That's what he's telling us in Romans chapter 7 where he says, O wretched man that I am, I don't do the things I should and I do the things I shouldn't. That's what that whole thing is all about. We're all in that same boat.

O wretched man or woman that I am, Who can deliver me from this body of death? Jesus Christ our Savior. Why don't we just read there. Now thanks be unto God which always causeth us to triumph. Where? Not in what you do. Not in what the Spirit of God does in you in the flesh. And let me tell you something else about that.

What the Spirit of God does in us in the flesh is points us to Christ. That's what He's doing here in the preaching of His Word, in the speaking of His Word. Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest to the Savior, that means flavor, of His knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savor, a sweet flavor, a sweet smell of Christ in them that are saved and in them that perish. To one we are the savor of death unto death, and to the other the savor of life unto life.

And who is sufficient for these things? Oh, folks, I tell you, that last statement there in who is sufficient for these things is a question that I have to go before my Lord every day of my study, every moment that I've got before I come to the pulpit. And Christ is my sufficiency. I want to talk to you this morning about the accomplishments of Christ's death. How is it that we triumph in Christ?

And what better way to express that question than to look at the accomplishments of His death? Turn over to John chapter 12, and you can just take your Bible and set it right down in your lap there. We're going to go over and look at one other place in Zechariah in a moment, but it's just a brief moment there. But we'll spend most of our time right here in John chapter 12.

Now, Christ's death. and resurrection is the gospel accomplished. Remember in 1 Corinthians, I think we looked at it last week, where it talks about the wisdom of God is again the message of Christ and Him crucified. His death and resurrection is the gospel message accomplished. The gospel concerns the person and the accomplished work of the Lord Jesus. His death, His resurrection must be declared or the gospel has not been preached. By God revealing Christ and the work He accomplishes in our hearts, He makes His people of one mind.

One mind to Him. Do you get that? Every one of us. You know, those who come to me now and say, you know, you're doing this wrong, and you're not doing that, and you should be doing this. Look at this congregation that comes together every Sunday to hear that one message every Sunday. Every Sunday. Some on Friday night.

We're of one mind, and that mind is to look to Christ and Him crucified. where one mind to speak his gospel to one another. Because we have experienced and know the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes. When one of you get down and out for whatever reason God has brought a trial your way, one of your brethren, and you come to one of your brethren and you say, I just don't know anymore. I'm not sure, my mind, I don't think the Lord is hearing me.

And your brethren can say, yeah, I've been there. I've done that. I know what you mean. Keep on keeping on. That's what Pastor Gene did. He encouraged me to keep on keeping on. Don't quit, John. This is what God has for you, and this is what God has for His people. Don't listen to what these other popes are telling me to go off and preach other messages about man's works and man's doings and this and that. Preach Christ. That's what they've come to hear. I thought about this once. If it wasn't for the Lord, and I got away from that, how fast would people run me out of here? Pretty doggone fast, I would hope.

We are of one mind, and we all speak the same gospel. because we've experienced it. We've experienced that the gospel is the power of God unto salvation as we read in 1 Corinthians chapter 1. It is the gospel that the Spirit of God blesses to the hearts to work whatever we need. So this is the word we speak to one another at all times, the gospel. By revealing the finished work of Christ in our hearts, the Lord makes us of one mind to intercede for one another.

How often have you prayed for me? I hear you tell me all the time, John, you're in my prayers. You know, you remember Virginia Mayer? This is before the Lord even, I think it was even before I became the song leader. She called me up one day. I don't know.

She said to me, she goes, I just had to call you and let you know I'm praying for you. The one mind of the gospel of each of us. Oh, I pray for you folks so often. Brother Mike, I pray for you before you bring the Bible studies. I think of the troubles that you might be going through, or even the good things that you might be going through.

You guys had a roundup here the other day. You and Shane and a bunch of the family were, I don't know if you were involved in it, I didn't see the pictures of you, but your family was rounding up some cattle. And I was thinking to myself, I was praying to the Lord, keep them safe. Keep Brother Shane safe. The girls, I saw the girls, they were riding some horses doing it as well. Just thinking about those very same things. You tell me you're going on a trip. I prayed for you, Roberta, as you went to Hawaii last time.

This is the way God does His thing with us. This is the Spirit of God in us doing a work. My prayer is that whatever happens, whatever good thing, whatever bad thing, whatever is going on, that the Lord would make clear who our Savior is to us. And to remember that all things work for our good. That's really the depth of our prayer for each other, isn't it? Oh Lord, give John a message, but Father, whatever happens, we know it's for our good. By our understanding of that Gospel of Christ, that Christ has accomplished His work in death, having experienced His power and ability ourselves, we are of one mind to trust Christ to work in the hearts of one another.

That's what I was just saying. Yeah, I pray for you, brother. I pray for you, brother Roger. But I trust that God is going to do a work in your heart just as He has done a work in mine. These are things that are only accomplished because our Savior has started a work in us. And here's what the Scriptures tell us. He who hath begun a good work in us shall finish it till the end. Sometimes we wonder to ourselves what the Lord might have for us. Do you ever wonder that? Do you ever wonder, you know, what have you got for me, Lord?

I mean, here I am in this situation of my life, and I don't know. I don't know what's going to be next. I don't know why I'm still here. Why hasn't He taken me home yet? Could you imagine? Can you imagine Pastor Gene asking himself that? His heart is so broken with his wife being gone. He can't get up and go drive anywhere. He just sits there in his room. I'm not sharing that with you to give you pity. I'm trying to show you this is the way all of us get at some point or another, don't we?

Lord, what have you got for us? As one who's been there. Sometimes it's best not to know what God has got for us next. Careful what you ask for. Look at John chapter 12 verse 27 with me, will you? John chapter 12 verse 27, Now is my soul troubled, saith the Lord, and what shall I say? Here we see the Lord troubled to the very bone. The man of sorrows. Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour. And then he says this. Now, grasp a hold of this. This is good stuff right here. But for this cause came I unto this hour. Father, glorify thy name.

Then came there a voice from heaven saying, I have both glorified it and will glorify it again. People, therefore, those that were sitting around, those who were standing around the Lord, those that stood by and heard it said that it thundered. Others said an angel spoke unto him, and Jesus answered and said this in verse 30, This voice came not because of Me, but for your sakes. Now is the judgment of this world, now is the prince of the power to be cast out, and if I, if I be lifted up, from the earth will draw all men unto me." This, he said, signifying what death that he should die. Triumphant in Christ. What did Christ accomplish for his people that would make us triumphant on that cross? Well, we see that very thing right there in verse 30.

And Jesus said and answered, this came a voice not for me, but for your sakes. After speaking his soul's trouble, our Lord said, Father, glorify his name. Then the father spoke and said, I have both glorified it and will. And then in verse 29, the people stood by and heard it.

Folks, without God making his word effectual, sinners are not of one mind. How can we be of one mind if God hasn't made his word effectual to you? Only when God blesses His Word to our hearts are we of one mind concerning Christ. Our Lord tells us why this voice came in verse 30. Jesus answered and said, this voice came not because of me, but for your sakes. How is it for their sakes? How is it for our sakes? Folks, the Word of the Lord always serves a two-fold purpose. It serves to strengthen the faith of his people and to remove all excuse from unbelievers.

How often have we seen somebody get up and walk out of service because God's grace was not good enough for them? I'm not a sinner like that. I don't need that kind of grace. We remember a woman and her daughter, or her granddaughter, I think it was, that got up and walked out in the middle of services one time saying, I'm not a sinner like that.

Our Lord said, like the rain and the snow accomplishes his purpose, So does His Word. His Word does not return unto Him void. Then our Lord declares there at the end, after He says that God, the voice that came, not because of me, but for your sakes, He declares three things that He accomplished by His death. And in these three things, the Father's name is glorified.

And the first one we see there is judgment. In John chapter 12 verse 31, it says, now is the judgment of this world. Secondly, we see Christ conquers the devil there in verse 31, it says, and now shall the prince of this world be cast out. And then thirdly, his death, Christ is calling his people. Through his death, Christ is calling his people, as we see there in verse 32 and 33.

It says, and I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men Unto me this he said, signifying what death he should die. So let's look at the accomplishments of Christ's death quickly. And I won't spend too much time. And may God the Holy Spirit make us of one mind as we consider those three points. And the first one being judgment. The Lord accomplished judgment by his death. How? How? Isn't there a judgment coming upon all men? Oh yeah, absolutely.

But this is a letter to His loved ones, is it not? Is this Word of God any different than the Word of God who stood before the people right here in this and spoke? Remember what the Lord said to those unbelieving Jews? You believe not because you're not My people. Folks, the whole Bible is a letter to us. It's a love letter to His people, the ones that He reveals the Word to.

Judgment was made upon you and I. Our judgment was put upon Him. He who knew no sin was made sin, was made my sin, was made your sin. When he says that judgment was accomplished on the world, where he says, now is the judgment of this world, he's talking about his people throughout all the world.

Just like it says, for God so loved the world, he didn't love every man, woman, and child that walked this earth. If he did, nobody would die. If he did, as Brother Gabe Stoniker brought up this morning, there'd be nobody in hell. But we know that's not true, don't we? We know that if it wasn't for God's mercy and His love for an elect chosen people, we would be right there with the whole world.

In the end of time, when judgment day comes, we would stand before God just as every man, woman, and child shall outside of His people who are standing on His right who are in Christ Jesus, and they will be judged for what they have done on this earth.

But our judgment has already come. That's what this is talking about. Judgment has come to the people of God. All of those for whom the Father gave to the Son were judged in His Son, and that's why He died on the cross. He paid the death that we deserve. This is what Christ has accomplished on the cross. Judgment for all of those for whom the Father gave the Son.

Our Lord says now is judgment of this world. Now, because our Lord uses the words world and all in this passage, we want to be very clear about something. When the Lord speaks of all in all and world, He's talking about those for whom He died, those for whom God the Father gave to the Son out of every nation, every tribe, every tongue. He speaks of His elect.

And we know that Christ did not fail. Isn't that what we read in Matthew 1 verse 21? And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus, for he shall save his people from their sins. In Christ crucified, the judgment of God's elect, the world of his elect, Jew and Gentile, was accomplished.

Christ did not come to judge the world, but to save, and He did not fail. He said this in John 3, 17. God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. In John 12, verse 47, He says, I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. In Luke 9, 56, for the Son of Man has not come to destroy men's lives, but to save.

Our Lord did not fail. He went to the cross to be judged by God in place of his people, and Christ on the cross is the one man being judged by God in place of his elect. He willingly made all the commandments of the law, and the God-man was proven holy, spotless, and without sin. Folks, God will by no means clear the guilty.

When the sin of God's elect was made our substitute sin and struck judgment, God spared not his own son, as it says in Romans 8.32, but delivered him up for us all. That was the just judge executing justice in all of his people in the world on Christ in our place. Verse 31, now is the judgment of this world. Secondly, our God conquered the devil. In John chapter 12, verse 31, it says, now shall the prince of this world be cast out. By Christ's death, the devil was conquered. Sin was put away. where once before you and I lived under the bondage of sin. We no longer live under the bondage of sin. I didn't say we don't sin. I said we don't live under the bondage of it. It doesn't rule our lives anymore.

The ruler of our lives sits on his throne right now, working all things out according to his counsel. Before, it was John. Now it's my Savior. We talk, you know, John, where's the new man? Here's the new man. I believe God. He's my Savior. He's my ruler. He's the God of John Reeves. He's the Lord. And if you're one of His, He has made that very same thing unto you as well. He's conquered the devil for us. Whereas the devil had the rule over all of our lives and all of our world, now we see the true ruler is the one who rules over the devil.

The devil is his devil. He's just a dog with a chain on him. That's what the whole story of Job is about. It's about the Lord letting His dog mess around with Job and bringing Job to a point where Job looks to nothing but Christ. That's what the whole thing is, folks. It's weaning us from this world. Weaning us from the dependence that we had upon the devil at one time. Our conqueror. By His death, the devil was conquered and cast out. How has Christ cast out the devil?

Two ways. First, before God in our hearts, in the hearts of His people. Listen to Revelation 12 verse 10. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ. For the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night." Oh, He's got no power to accuse you and I of. Christ has put away our sins, all of our sins. This is the first way the devil is cast out. It is before God. It concerns the judgment being settled. The sins of God's elect were put away by Christ.

Christ made us righteous so that the devil has nothing which to accuse us of before God. And the second way that Christ cast out the devil is in our ears, in the ears of his people, by which he brings us to believe on Christ and to confess that Christ is our all of our salvation. What keeps John preaching about Christ? That's all I've got for you. I don't want to turn towards the flesh. I don't want to bring out the things that the Spirit does in the flesh. I want to hide from the left hand what the right hand is doing. Why?

Because the pride that you spoke of, the enemy that we face every day in this flesh, rears up its ugly head. Christ is all our salvation, and this is through the preaching of the gospel. which is the word of our testimony. Listen to Revelation 12, verse 11. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb. How do we overcome? By the hearing of God's Word. That's what we're here every Sunday for, right? Isn't it a wonder how we get away with just two hours a week?

I pray the Lord is laying His Word on your heart more than just that. He makes Himself part of your thoughts as you go through the day, like He does me. I've got to be honest with you, I can't remember very well about it, but it seems like He's on my mind all the time now. I know that's all that's on Pastor Gene's mind, because that's all he does is sit there in his chair and read his Bible.

Oh, I pray that you are overcome, the devil, by the blood of the Lamb. and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death." Isn't that something? Isn't that something? When we have experienced Christ's power in our heart, we stop usurping God's authority. Slowly but surely, the Lord, through trials and tribulations, brings us to the weakness of this flesh, to where there's nothing left for us to do but to look up to Him.

Imagine being in the camp with the Israelites during the days of serpents, when the serpents came in and started biting and killing people, poisonous serpents. Imagine the only place to look to was for that brazen serpent up on the post there in the middle of the camp. Everywhere else you go, you've got serpents biting you here, serpents biting you there. There's only one place to look.

That's life for you and I. That's what God has got for us in this world, to learn to look to Him, to wean us from the things of this world. We lay down our lives trusting Christ to work in the hearts through the gospel. This is the love of Christ that worked out in our hearts.

It was also that way for Joshua. The devil came and accused him, and the devil will make accusations of you and I, but they will be of no avail before God. God the Father rebuked the devil because Christ made intercession for him. Turn, if you would, over to Zechariah chapter 3. I want to show you an example of that. Then we'll come back to 2 and close. Zechariah is the second to the last book of the Old Testament. If you're going backwards, you go to Matthew, then you've got Malachi and Zechariah. Zechariah chapter 3.

Here's what the Lord is doing for you and I. You know, in the scriptures, I think it's 1 Peter where he's talking about us, or it might be 1 John, where it talks about a sin. If we sin, if we say to God that we have no sin, we call God a liar. But when we sin, we have an advocate in heaven. That's what this is right here. Look at verses 1 and 2. And he showed unto me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him, to rebuke him, to accuse him. And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee. You can't accuse, he can't accuse you of anything, Roberta.

Everything. Everything we have done, and everything we will do till the day the Lord takes us out of this earth, our Savior has already covered. That one's mine. He's sitting on His throne, making intercession for all of His people. The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee. It is not this, a brand plucked out of the fire, We've been plucked out. This is what the Lord has accomplished for us. This is why I can say to you, we are triumphant in Christ. Because He's accomplished it for us.

In Isaiah chapter 40, how can I comfort your people, Lord? Tell Israel, your warfare is accomplished. I don't get tired of telling you that, folks. First off, I hear it in my own ears as well, which I need to hear as well as you do. But secondly, it's great news to a sinner. It's great news to one who gets up every morning and looks in the mirror and says, ah! How could God love somebody like that?

We overcome by the blood. We are triumphant by the blood of Christ making us experience His power personally. Our Lord breaks our hearts. He grants us repentance, and that's what repentance is. It's to turn from something and turn to another. We turn from the works of our flesh, and we turn to the grace and the mercy of Christ. He makes us mortify the flesh and persevere, trusting in Christ and Christ alone. It is through the preaching of this gospel, the word of our testimony, when we have experienced Christ's power through the gospel, then we use this with one gospel and with one another instead of whipping you with the law. Look to Christ.

Lastly, drawing all, John 12 verse 32, and if I be lifted up, And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me." Now, we already know that when He's talking about all men, He's talking about all men out of every tribe, every tongue, every nation, throughout all time. All of His people. He shall lose none.

Isn't that what the Scriptures tell us? What is the Father's will? That Christ will not lose any by His death. What is accomplished on the cross? Why are we triumphant in Christ? By His death, Christ is arisen to draw all of His redeemed unto Himself. If He had not risen from the dead, He'd still be dead and He wouldn't be able to draw us. But no, He's sitting on His throne today! Right now! Victory! There's victory in Jesus! Isn't that what the song says?

Oh, He's drawing all people. all of His people unto Himself. When the people standing by heard God speak from heaven, they disagreed on what He was and what it was for. It's an example of why Christ must do the calling. He must make the word effectual in the hearts of His people. They all heard, but God did not make them all hear effectually from the heart. So they were not of one mind. They disagreed.

Listen to John 8. Why do you not understand my speech, saith the Lord, even because you cannot hear my word? Do you hear the Word of God? Do you hear the Word of God speaking to your heart? Are you hearing with ears of the heart, not with ears of the mind? There's a lot of people who hear God's Word with the ears of the mind.

That's these right here. And think that they've got it all figured out. And that you've got to do this, and you've got to do that. Folks, it takes God to bring a peace to a heart that says, sit down, shut up, and trust the Lord. Why do you not understand my speech, even because you cannot hear my word?

Christ was lifted up on the cross and accomplished these things, so now he's at God's right hand, and it is Christ who does the calling. He says, I will draw all unto me. Christ is the only one who can say, I will. He said that no man can come unto him except the Father draw him. Here He says, I will draw all men unto Me.

It's because Christ and the Father are one. Christ never stops calling us to Himself. Therefore, we never stop coming to Christ. It's like I said a moment ago, we get up every day and look in the mirror, and we see ourselves and we think, oh, I need the Lord today more than I needed yesterday. We're called to Christ again. Look to Him and be saved.

1 Peter 5, verse 10, But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that he had suffered a little while, make you perfect, and establish, and strengthen, and settle you. From conversion until the day that we must cross the river of death, It is this good news of what Christ accomplished that God blesses to make us perfect, to establish us, to strengthen us, and to settle His children no matter what our need is.

Brethren, we only overcome these things by the blood of the Lamb. He settled judgment for His people. Because God is satisfied in our hearts, He makes us satisfied as well. I can understand how somebody who doesn't know the Lord would say, you've got to do this, you've got to look deeper into this, because they don't have the trust that I have in what God has done. And the only reason any of us have that trust is because of the gift of God. He cast out the devil. And when we experience the power of His calling, it makes us use the gospel towards one another.

How can I comfort you and give you encouragement to put away the flesh by to tell you what the Lord Jesus has accomplished on the cross for you? You may not know how often you do it for each other, but you do. Just in sitting around, we're about to have a meal. Just in sitting around at the table and having a meal together, it so often comes right back to this, but God, but God. All of this is accomplished due to the death of our Savior on the Lord Jesus Christ. What has he accomplished on the cross? everything we need. Now thanks be to God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus. Amen.
