THE LIFE OF MAN COMPARED TO AN EAGLE
"As an Eagle hasteneth to her prey" Job 9:26.
AN Eagle is a very swift creature, but when she hasteneth to her prey she makes tht greatest speed. The Life of Man is not compared to an Eagle in an ordinary flight, but as an Eagle that hasteneth to her prey, when hunger adds swiftness to her wings; thus with swiftness our days pass away.
