No, true worship cannot exist outside of Jesus Christ, as He is the essence and mediator of our worship to God.

True worship, as defined by Scripture, must center on Jesus Christ because He is the embodiment of God's truth and grace. In John 14:6, Jesus clarifies that no one can come to the Father except through Him, indicating that apart from a relationship with Christ, worship is misguided and ineffective. Moreover, worship which does not acknowledge Christ leads to idolatry, as it diverts honor from the rightful source of salvation and true knowledge of God.
