How do we know God is in control of all things?

God's sovereignty is a central theme in Scripture. As stated in Isaiah 45:7, God declares, 'I form the light and create darkness; I make peace and create calamity; I, the Lord, do all these things.' This understanding is vital for Christians as it provides assurance that nothing occurs outside of God's control or purpose. It challenges the notion that God is either powerless or unwilling to govern the world fully, reinforcing that even in confusion or suffering, God's plan remains intact and purposeful.
