How do we know that God cares for us?

Answered in 33 sources

God's care for us is evident through His past provisions, promises in Scripture, and the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ (John 3:16).

The care of God for His people is marvelously displayed throughout Scripture. In John 3:16, it proclaims, 'For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.' This ultimate act of love reveals the depth of God's commitment to our welfare. Additionally, throughout the narrative of the Bible, God's consistent provision for His people, such as providing for Joseph’s family during famine in Egypt, serves as a testament to His unwavering compassion. Through His Spirit, God continually reassures us of His presence and provision, fostering our recognition of His care even in times of difficulty.
