How do we know that God's plan is for our good?

Answered in 2 sources

We can trust that God's plan is for our good because He works all things together for those He has called (Romans 8:28).

Romans 8:28 assures believers that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose. This indicates that even amidst struggle and suffering, God orchestrates life events for the ultimate benefit of His people. His sovereign hand is behind every situation, guiding us toward His desired outcome which is not only for our temporal benefit but also for our eternal salvation. Thus, even trials can be seen as merciful disciplines intended for our growth in faith.
