How do we know that Jesus fulfills the law?

Answered in 4 sources

Jesus fulfills the law as both its embodiment and its perfect completer, allowing believers to escape the judgment it brings.

The law of God, while a standard of righteousness, cannot be perfectly upheld by humans. It serves as a tutor to lead us to Christ (Galatians 3:24). Jesus, being both the lawgiver and the one who fulfills the law, provides a path to grace and freedom from its penalties (Romans 8:1-4). Without Him, we would remain under condemnation, but in Christ, we find not just a completion of the law, but also our means of justification.
