How do we know that Jesus is a Savior?

Answered in 1 source

We know Jesus is a Savior through His life, ministry, and the promises in Scripture about His death and resurrection.

The New Testament presents Jesus as the Savior who came to rescue humanity from darkness, danger, and sin. He walks on water in the storm, demonstrating His divine power and presence (John 6:15-21). His identity as Savior is proven through His miracles, teachings, and ultimately, His sacrificial death on the cross. In Him, we find the fulfillment of God’s promise to save His people, as He has the authority over both life and death, reassuring believers of His power to save.
