How do we know we are secure in our salvation?

Answered in 1 source

Our security in salvation is rooted in the justice of Christ, who intercedes for us and covers our sins.

The assurance of salvation for a believer is anchored in the work of Jesus Christ. In Ephesians 6, Paul speaks of the breastplate of righteousness, which represents the believer's position in Christ. As believers, we must recognize that our righteousness comes not from our own efforts but from Christ's perfect justice, which protects us from accusations. Furthermore, Romans 8 reassures us that nothing can separate us from the love of God. Our confidence lies in the promises of God and the work of Christ, who has declared us justified and secured our salvation through His death and resurrection.
