How do we know we have eternal life according to the Bible?

The assurance of eternal life is deeply rooted in our belief in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. As stated in 1 John 5:13, John writes to those who believe in Him, confirming that they may know they have eternal life. This knowledge comes not from our works but from the confidence that God has provided through His grace.
