How does God gather His people?

God’s gathering of His people is an integral part of His salvific work. In Psalm 147:2, we see that the Lord builds up Jerusalem and gathers the outcasts of Israel, illustrating His initiative in reconciling sinners to Himself. This gathering does not depend on human effort but is rooted in God's sovereign choice and Christ's redemptive work.
