How does trust in God relate to our everyday concerns?

Answered in 1 source

Trusting God in everyday concerns means placing our faith in His provision and care, instead of being consumed by anxiety.

Trusting God involves believing in His ability to meet our daily needs without succumbing to anxiety about tomorrow. In Matthew 6:34, Jesus instructs us not to worry about the future, reminding us that sufficient are the troubles of today. This perspective educates us about the futility of worry, as it does not alter our circumstances or add to our stature. Instead, by placing our trust in God’s sovereignty, we can face each day with confidence, knowing that He holds our futures securely in His hands. The more we practice this trust, the more we grow in faith and recognize that God’s care extends to every aspect of our lives.
