What can Christians do when feeling troubled?

Answered in 1 source

When troubled, Christians are encouraged to bring their worries to Christ and trust in His promises.

In moments of trouble, Christians are reminded by Jesus' words in John 14:1 to not let their hearts be troubled. Instead of succumbing to anxiety and fear, they are called to trust in Him fully. The essence of faith entails recognizing that Christ has overcome the world (John 16:33), and this provides believers with the strength to face their issues. By turning to Him in prayer, seeking to know His Word, and resting in His finished work, Christians can find peace amid life's storms. This act of faith not only alleviates emotional distress but solidifies their assurance and contentment in the sovereignty of God.
