What does glorifying God mean in practice?

Answered in 1 source

Glorifying God means acknowledging His supremacy in every aspect of life.

To glorify God is to recognize and declare His supremacy and perfection in our lives and actions. This concept is expressed in how we live, worship, and share the gospel. Everything we do should elicit glory to God—whether in our repentance, faith, or good works. As seen in Romans 11:36, 'For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever.' This means that our lives should be characterized by a constant pursuit of honoring God in all we think, say, and do, aligning with His will and purpose.
