What does it mean to be partakers of Christ?

Answered in 3 sources

Being partakers of Christ means sharing in the blessings of salvation and the life that He offers to believers.

To be partakers of Christ, as stated in Hebrews 3:14, signifies that believers share in the life and benefits that come through faith in Him. This participation includes forgiveness of sins, the righteousness of Christ credited to our account, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Importantly, it requires an ongoing relationship that involves holding steadfast to our original confidence until the end. The assurance that we are partakers is rooted in our continuous relationship with Christ, who sustains and upholds us. Thus, our status as partakers is both a present reality and a future hope, as we anticipate the fullness of our salvation.
