Additionally, Isaiah 11:1 states that He is a shoot from the stump of Jesse, emphasizing His rightful place in the Davidic line. The Apostle Peter affirms this lineage in Acts 2:30, proclaiming that God promised that of David’s loins, He would raise up Christ to sit upon the throne.
