What does the Bible say about God's revelation?

Answered in 3 sources

The Bible teaches that God's will and purpose are revealed through His Son, Jesus Christ.

In Genesis 41:16, Joseph tells Pharaoh that it is God who will give him an answer of peace, illustrating that true understanding of God's will comes only through divine revelation. As believers, our ability to know God is contingent upon Christ, who opens our hearts and minds to the divine mysteries. The idea is reinforced in the New Testament, where Jesus is described as the one who reveals the Father to us, making known the secrets of God's grace and mercy. We are spiritually blind and lack understanding without His illuminating work in our hearts.
