What does the Bible say about living in sin after salvation?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible clearly states that those who are saved cannot continue living in sin, as they are dead to sin.

Romans 6:1-2 teaches that believers, being dead to sin, cannot continue to live in it. The Apostle Paul emphatically states, 'In ninguna manera' (in no way), indicating that true followers of Christ cannot hold onto a lifestyle of sin. The grace of God, while it is abundant, is not an excuse to sin; rather, it empowers believers to live righteously. Believers are instructed to live in accordance with the new life they receive through Christ, and their identification with Him in His death and resurrection fundamentally transforms their nature.
