Worshiping Jesus Christ is absolutely vital for Christians because He is the mediator between God and humanity. John 14:6 underscores this, as Jesus declares, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' Therefore, to worship God, one must honor the Son, for worship cannot be offered to the Father outside of the recognition and reverence of Jesus as Lord and Savior. Furthermore, the true nature of worship involves an acknowledgment of Christ’s supreme worth, and it compels us to live out our faith in service and devotion to Him, aligning our worship with the truth of the gospel.
