Revelation chapter 11 tonight. And in preparing for the lesson
tonight, I wrote a note. Maybe silence is the best option
with regard to this passage. It's the passage that has to
do with the two witnesses. And at this point, I will not
be as boastful as I once was and say this is the old and the
New Testament. But we're going to read a few
things and particularly read this passage of scripture, Revelation
11, 3 through 13. And there's a passage in the
book of Zechariah that we want to read that goes along with
this, I feel. Revelation 11, 3. And I'll give power unto my two
witnesses. And they shall prophesy 1,203
score days clothed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees
and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their
mouth. and devoureth their enemies.
And if any man will hurt them, they must be this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven,
that it rain not in the days of their prophecy, and have power
over waters to turn them to blood and to smite the earth with all
plagues as often as they will. And when they shall have finished
their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless
pit shall make war against them and shall overcome them and kill
them. And their dead bodies shall lie
in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom
and Egypt. Now I think that that word there,
or three words, which spiritually is called, I think that's the
key to this whole passage. This is a spiritual statement
about these witnesses, and it spiritually is called Sodom and
Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. So that's just a way
of saying something about Jerusalem, but spiritually speaking, spiritually
it's called, and I think these are spiritual statements about
spiritual witnesses and spiritual things that they did and do. and they prophesy it spiritually. They can turn water to blood,
and spiritually they can shut up the heavens, and spiritually
they can do this, but to say that this is a literal statement,
I would not go that way, because the book of Revelation does not
go that way. It's a spiritual book about spiritual things,
and this is a spiritual statement, and as verse eight, which spiritually
is called Sodom and Egypt. Those two places are certainly
emblems of sin, emblematic of sin. And they of the people and
the kindreds and the tongues and the nation shall see their
dead bodies three days and a half and shall not suffer their dead
bodies to be put in graves. And they shall dwell upon the
earth and shall rejoice over them and make merry and shall
send gifts one to another because their two prophets tormented
them that dwelt on the earth. The only thing that they could
torment people with was with the Word of God. It's the only
torment. And truly, the Word of God is
a torment to unbelievers. And I can say this, it's also
a torment to those who shall believe. God uses his word on
us and he uses it craftily on us and he knows where the niche
is and he's able to work that word on us in such a way that
he brings about regeneration. And yet it chaffs us, it's against
our grain, it's against our nature, this word. And so they're glad. Now, the period of time that
we have here, 1,203 score days. One man said this about that,
it's a spiritual statement about a long period of time that we
have no idea how long it is. Now, one person said it's the
gospel period. I like that. It's a period where
the gospel is preached. And there's some way that God
is going to deal with this approaching his coming. And I don't understand
all I know about it, but for some way. And yet we find in
the Old Testament, I'll have to back up, in the Old Testament,
there will be a time when there will be a drought. There will
be a famine, not a famine of food, but a famine of the word.
And I think that that's happened in a lot of places. And the number
of churches today that hold to the sovereign grace of God is
very slight compared to the number of churches. And God has seen
fit that there will be a famine of the word in major metropolitan
areas. Now, we have found out in time
past and will continue to find out that there will be and is
small groups of people all over the world that still hold forth
the word of life, that love the gospel of God in Christ Jesus
and hold to him being there all in all and not holding to works. That's the abnormal. That's where
you want to be. is where it is not normal to
speak of works where it's abnormal uh... or where it's uh... not
normal to speak of works being uh... effectual but it's they're
not and so uh... these now there's a period of
time of three-and-a-half days that's a short period of time
that this that these uh... that uh... were witnesses of
the lord were put aside And right now there's places in this world
where the witnesses of the word of God have been put aside. And
so. And they heard the great voice
from heaven saying unto them, come up hither. And they ascended
up to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies beheld them. In
the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part
of the city fell. And in the earthquake were slain
of men 7,000, and the remnant was affrighted and gave glory
to the God of heaven. Now, we can certainly see that
there's a separation here between those who saw and a remnant who
saw. Those who saw says they were
7,000, a number for a host of people, but there's a remnant
where a frighted and gave glory to God of heaven. Now, turn with
me back to the book of Zechariah, if you would, chapter four, Zechariah
chapter four. This passage of scripture shares
with us that these are the two olive trees and the two candlesticks
standing before the God of the earth. That's what they are.
There are witnesses, there are two olive trees and two candlesticks,
there are witnesses. In the book of Zechariah, chapter
four, we have this said about two other witnesses, and it would
be foolish on my part to say these are not the same thing,
since the book of Revelation say these are the two olive trees
and these are the two candlesticks. And if we go back over here in
the book of Zechariah chapter four, and I wanna begin reading
with verse one, the angel that talked with me came again and
waked me as a man that waketh out of his sleep. Now I might
say this right here as we look at these scriptures. The scriptures
and all the scriptures teach and we have our entire life of
life. That's the period of time that
we've known life. our whole life of life. Now there's a period of time
when we had physical life and didn't have spiritual life, we
could have cared less. But once God grants to us life,
the scriptures and all of the scriptures and our entire life
of life, We are informed, we are taught, we make a progress
of grace and it is to know more of our nothingness and Christ's
all-sufficiency. We learn by grace these two things
in all the scriptures and in every scripture. Our total nothingness
with regard to attracting God and His all-sufficiency. Now, whatever
this passage of scripture teaches, it's gonna teach this. Our nothingness
and His all-sufficiency. He's the King. He's gonna go
on and tell us in chapter 11 that He's the King over all the
earth. And our inability and our insufficiency is regarded
throughout the word of God with clarity. And we are in desperate
need of someone who is all sufficient. Now read with me here in Zechariah
4, verse 2, and said unto me, what seest thou? And I said,
I have looked, and behold, a candlestick, all of gold, with a bowl upon
the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes
to the seven lamps, which are above the top thereof. Verse
3, and two olive trees by it. one upon the right side of the
bowl and the other on the left side thereof. So I answered and
spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, what are these,
my lord? And the angel that talked with
me answered and said unto me, knowest thou not what these be? And he answered like I would
have to answer. And I said, no, my lord. Now
there's some things about the two witnesses I just have to
say. Do you know what these mean? And I can say with all honesty,
no, my Lord. I haven't seen it yet. Then he
answered and spake unto me, saying, this is the word of the Lord
unto Zerubbabel, saying, not by might nor by power, but by
my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. Who art thou, O great
mountain? Before Zerubbabel thou shalt
become a plain. And he shall bring forth the
headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace, unto it. Moreover, the word of the Lord
came unto me, saying, The hands of Zerubbabel hath laid the foundation
of this house. I just see that this Zerubbabel
is another name for our Savior, the Lord Jesus. No doubt, there
has been, there was a person by the name of Zerubbabel. He's
like David. He's like Adam. We're looking
and depending on the second Zerubbabel to do what this one did physically. We need one to do it physically.
Spiritually he built the walls. He built the temple or authorized
it We need someone to do it spiritually and the only one that is building
the temple of the Most High God is Spiritually is Christ Jesus
the Lord. He is the one who is building
us up, and he is the one that is building the temple up. He
is the one that is lifting every block into its appropriate place,
calling every stone out of the quarry. He is the one that has
cut the stones out of the quarry by his own hand. He has done
this and lifting them up to make the walls of the temple. And
there is a miracle about this temple that every stone touches
the foundation and that foundation is Christ. Now it's a miracle. We think of stones raising higher
and higher and getting farther away. But in this temple, every
stone touches the foundation. Now, there are stones that are
like this, and they all go down to the foundation. They're not
stacked like this. They're pillars of the truth. And that's what the church is,
the pillar and the ground of the truth. It's the blessing
of Christ. It's the testimony. It's the
witness of his great grace in this world today. And he is the
Zerubbabel that has made this temple and cut out and quarried
the stones. Goes on to tell us here, verse
10, for who hath despised the day of small things? For they
shall rejoice and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel
with those seven. They are the eyes of the Lord,
which run to and fro in the whole earth. Then answered I and said
unto him, what are these two olive trees? upon the right side
of the candlestick and upon the left side of the candlestick.
Oh, please tell me what these are. And I answered again and
said to him, what are the two olive branches which through
the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? And he answered me and said,
knowest thou not what these be? And I said, no, my lord. And
here's his answer, and then he said, then said he, these are
the two anointed ones that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
Now what's it mean to be anointed? That means you got oil on you. Anointed means to have oil on
you. And the oil that is so typical
through the Old Testament about being put on the high priest,
the oil that touched the head, dripped down to the beard of
Aaron, that's typical of the Holy Spirit being upon the church,
upon God's people. Anointed ones the Christ is the
first anointed one. The church is the other anointed
ones He is the first witness. We are the witnesses and these
it says here These are the two anointed ones that stand by the
Lord of the whole earth Their witnesses now there is
something I can share about this passage of scripture over here
and that is the word witness and That word is found several
times in the New Testament, and most of the time that we find
it in the New Testament, it has to do with the resurrection of
Jesus Christ. That was the most important testimony
and witness that the church had to begin with was, we knew him
before, we knew him in crucifixion, and we know him now sitting at
the right hand of the Father. And we are witnesses of that.
Now turn with me, if you would, to the book of Luke. Luke chapter
24. Luke chapter 24, the Lord Jesus,
after his resurrection, prior to his ascension, he has some
statements to make to his people, to the church, to those that
have been with him. Now, no one could be with him
on the cross. Even the thief that trusted Christ
was hidden from the Lord Jesus on the cross. There was a blackness,
there was a darkness that I believe you could feel. Nobody saw the
Lord Jesus while he was on this cross. People heard him while
he was on the cross, but they did not see him for a space of
three hours. Christ is the witness, that man
is a witness, but the resurrection certainly shares with us. In
Luke chapter 24 and verse 44, he said unto them, these are
the words which I spake unto you while I was yet with you,
that all things must be fulfilled. which were written in the Law
of Moses, in the Prophets, and in the Psalms concerning me.
Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the
Scriptures." What a miracle took place then. They had some concept
about the Word of God, but he opened up their minds so they
could understand the Scriptures. And he said unto them, thus it
is written, and thus it behoove Christ to suffer and to rise
from the dead the third day. that repentance and remission
of sin should be preached in his name among all nations beginning
at Jerusalem. Verse 48, same word we find over
in the book of Revelation chapter 10, chapter 11. My two witnesses,
what are these? And ye are witnesses of these
things. Now those witnesses could witness
of no other thing than what God had given them. Whatever it is,
it's going to be what God gave them. And the same thing is given
to the church today. We are witnesses of his resurrection. We are witnesses of his grace. We are witnesses of his message. We are witnesses of all that
he is. As great a capacity as we have
to understand what he is and who he is, that's what we're
witnesses of. It is a revelation that God gives to us. He opened
their understanding. Now, turn with me to the book
of chapter one, chapter two, and chapter three of the book
of Revelation. Revelation 1, verse 5, same word as used here,
and it tells us that the Lord Jesus is the faithful witness.
What was His message? Same message he gave to the church,
same message he gave to his disciples, and the same message he gave
to his two witnesses, those that stand beside him. Now, one person
wrote that that's symbolic of all of the gospel preachers and
all the church since time began. And it's two, because most of
the time, the number of people that actually knew Christ was
very small, comparatively speaking. Well, that's the truth. Comparatively speaking, the number
of witnesses has been quite small in relationship to the number
of people. It has been estimated that the
population of the world at the time of Noah was far greater
than most people give it credit, and there were eight on that
ark. and they were witnesses, witnesses
of his grace, witness of his mercy, and witnesses of his resurrection. There was one witness on that
boat when Jonah was cast overboard, and there was one witness when
he went into Nineveh and said, yet 10 days, is it 10? 40 days, okay, yeah, 40 days, and
God's gonna overthrow this place. So the number of people that
have been witnesses, comparatively speaking, has been quite small,
and two, makes it quite small with regard to the whole world.
All right, now notice here in Revelation chapter one, verse
five, it says, and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness? He's the one that has been on
record as being the faithful witness, and if we've ever given
a good testimony concerning Christ, it's because He gave it to us. He has given us the understanding
that He is who He says He is. You cannot testify faithfully
about someone or something that you don't know or have never
seen. We've got that in the scriptures. People testifying against the
Lord Jesus, they weren't there and they didn't know, but they
were paid. Poor, poor witnesses. But those who were there and
those who saw would witness even unto this term, the same word,
martyr. They would witness even to martyrdom. That's what the word martyr means,
is a witness. He is a faithful witness and the first begotten
of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth unto him
that loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood. He
is the number one witness of things, heaven and earth and
salvation. Chapter two, verse 13. Chapter
two and verse 13. This is to the church at Pergamos.
I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's
seat is. Spiritually speaking, where Satan's
seat is. Thou holdest fast thy name. There
is religion in Pergamos that gives you the feeling that Satan
is sitting in the middle. Live in Dufur. There is religion in Dufur that
would make you think that Satan's seat is there. and the Dalles
and Portland and Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. You live
in a place where there's very little that love God and a whole
bunch that despise what he stands for if they really know what
he stands for. I know thy works, and where thou
dwellest, even where Satan's seat is, and thou holdest fast
my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days
when Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you
where Satan dwelleth. Now this preacher of righteousness
was a witness, and the term here is martyr. That's what the word
martyr means, is a witness. He was a witness unto death. He was a faithful witness unto
death. And then in chapter 3 and verse
14, same word found here. This is unto the angel of the
church of the Laodiceans. Now the church at Laodicea, they
got off onto other things that were highly much more valuable
than Christ. They got into organization. We
mentioned that as we went through there. The things that are far
more valuable than Christ. Don't ever preach sin because
you're going to make people uncomfortable. Don't ever preach salvation by
Christ alone, because you're going to make people uncomfortable.
And this is just the way it is in religion. And this is the
message. The church at Laodicea says there
in Revelation chapter 3 and verse 14, someone is speaking to the
church at Laodicea. And by the grace of God, someone
spoke to the people in Laodicea. There could be a big checkmark.
Sorry. Finished. But notice this. Great
grace demonstrated. Unto the angel of the church
of the Laodiceans write, These things saith the Amen, the faithful
and true witness. The beginning of the creation
of God. This is such an invaluable, important letter to the Laodiceans. God said he didn't find much
good there and we look at it and we don't find much good there,
but you know what he did? He was a witness of his grace
even to the end to them. That is a miracle to me. God
would even pay attention to that place, but he did. He wrote a
letter, and he addressed it, and the author of the letter
was the faithful and true witness. Now go back with me, if you would,
to the book of Acts chapter 1. Acts chapter 1, it is necessary
to fulfill scripture. Someone must take the place of
Judas. That's what it says in the Old
Testament. Someone must take his place. And here it is. This is what has to be. Someone
who has had these qualifications must take his place. Acts chapter
1, verse 8. Excuse me, I'm ahead of myself.
I'll get there in just a moment. Jesus said at his ascension,
but ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost has come
upon you and ye shall be witnesses simultaneously. There's gonna
be witnesses simultaneously in Jerusalem and in all Judea and
in Samaria and into the uttermost parts of the world. Simultaneous,
that's what the word both means. They're gonna be in Jerusalem,
or they're gonna be in the Dalles, Wasco County, Oregon, and all
the world, simultaneously. That's, God calls out preachers
and missionaries, simultaneously preaching the gospel of his free
grace wherever he has intended for it to be preached. All right,
same word, witnesses. You shall be a witness unto me.
In Acts chapter one, verse 22, Acts chapter 1 verse 22. It says, beginning from the baptism
of John unto that same day that he was taken up from us must
one be ordained to be a witness. What is this baptism of John?
What's that symbolize? What's that talk about? Jesus
Christ beginning of his ministry. He's got to be witnesses of the
beginning of the ministry of Jesus Christ. I'm convinced that
this person saw water turn to wine. He was around. He was obscure. He wasn't making
a big show of himself. He was there enjoying the miracles
of God in Christ Jesus. He was there when people were
healed. He was on the sidelines. And yet, someone who was on the
sidelines must be a witness. And God said, I have two witnesses. I have my people, wherever they
are, holding forth the word of life. They are witnesses of his
grace. They will never give in and say,
works got me where I am. They will always say, works always
get in my way. My nature imbibes in works, but
grace is grace. All right. Verse 22 says, witnesses,
must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection. Great qualifications. We need
somebody around here to take Judas's place to fulfill scripture
that is a witness of his resurrection. Now, he was one of the 500 brethren
at one time who saw the Lord Jesus. His name is obscure. It was never brought up, just
like so many, but There was, they appointed to Joseph called
Barsabas, who was surnamed Justice and Matthias, and they prayed,
thou Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, show whether
of these two men thou hast chosen, and he may take part in this
ministry and apostleship, from which Judas was by transgression
fell, that he might go to his own place. And they gave forth
their lots, and the lot fell upon Matthias, and he was numbered
with the eleven apostles. Now I was told one time, he's
never mentioned again, therefore this was unauthorized. He is
mentioned again, just like several of the other disciples are, one
of the twelve. That's good. Because most of
the other apostles are never mentioned by name again, but
they are mentioned by that term. The 12. So God purposed this. For his own reason he purposed
this, but it was determined that one would be a witness of his
resurrection. Now Acts chapter two, verse 32. Acts chapter two, verse 32. A
witness. These are my two witnesses. We
find out that a witness is going to tell the truth about God. He sits on his throne. He's high
and lifted up. He's not a mockery. He's not
going to be dethroned. Those two witnesses, whatever
they are and whoever they are, are going to be a witness of
the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It might be the Old Testament
and New Testament. It might be someone else. It might be you. but the testimony
is going to be the same. Witnesses, they're gonna tell
the truth about sin. Those people were really put
out by the witnesses. And God has determined that when
you preach about man's inherent depravity, before he ever lets
them be saved, they are gonna get upset. But I'd rather have
someone upset than mediocre. They're going to tell the truth
about the Son and His salvation. It's only in Christ and Christ
alone. And they're going to tell the
truth about the Holy Spirit and regeneration and the resurrection.
And that's what these are doing. In Acts chapter 2, verse 32,
it says, This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are
witnesses. They're testimonies to the fact
of His resurrection. How are we testimonies of the
fact of His resurrection? It takes the same power to regenerate
someone as it did to raise Jesus Christ from the dead. What do
we mean by that? I am saved totally and wholly
by grace. It took the almighty power of
God to resurrect me from the dead. And anyone else God ever
saves, it takes the entire almighty, all-powerful God to raise us
from the spiritual dead. The resurrection. We speak of
his resurrection, but when we speak of his resurrection, we're
speaking of the power that it took God to raise us from the
spiritual dead. On Acts chapter 3 and verse 15, These two witnesses, they're
a witness just like this word is a witness, Acts chapter 3
and verse 15, the scripture share this, and kill the prince of
life whom God hath raised from the dead whereof we are witnesses. Now, that's the purpose of God,
said his son, his son was slain, his son was the prince of life. was killed, but God hath raised
him from the dead. And the same power that it took
to raise him from the dead is the power it takes to raise his
people from the dead. And of this we are witnesses."
And then in Acts chapter 10, verse 34, Acts chapter 10, verse
34, God calls out His witnesses.
These two are called out. They're His witnesses. He calls
out His witnesses today. They are called out and they
speak for Him. They don't add words. Acts chapter
10 verse 34, then Peter opened his mouth and said, of a truth
I perceive that God is no respecter of persons, but in every nation,
he that feareth him and worketh righteousness is accepted with
him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel,
preaching peace by Jesus Christ, he is Lord of all. And the word
I say ye know, which was published throughout all Judea and began
from Galilee after the baptism which John preached, how God
anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit with power who
went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the
devil for God was with him and we are witnesses of all these
things which he did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem
whom they slew and hanged on a tree same work we are witnesses
of all these things and then him God raised up the third day
and showed him openly not to all the people but unto witnesses
Now that's interesting. He never intended, and he did
not show this to everybody, but unto witnesses chosen before
God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose
from the dead. And he commanded us to preach
unto the people and to testify that it is he which was ordained
of God to be the judge of the quick and the dead. And to him
gave all the prophets witness that through his name, whosoever
believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. Witnesses,
my two witnesses. my witnesses that testify what
I give them to testify, and the most valuable thing that they
have is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Other prophets have come,
other prophets have spoken, other prophets have died, but this,
the prophet of God, not only came, not only spoke, not only
died, but rose again the third day, demonstrating what power
was necessary to raise people to spiritual life. And this is
the only way God will raise people is by the power of the Lord Jesus
Christ. It's not by works, it is by his
power and his power alone. And finally, if you'll look with
me, Acts chapter 22. Acts chapter 22 and verse 20. This power is all sufficient
power. It's the power that raised Christ
from the dead and we're witnesses of it. And when we are witnessing
of his power in raising Christ from the dead, we are witnessing
of the power that is necessary to bring anybody to salvation.
It's not, I was at a yard sale last Sunday. I didn't even show
Nancy this book. I put it on, I should have bought
it and threw it away. The name of it is Leading Little Ones
to Jesus. Now they've got a scheme. It
really should be called a scam. It is the worst form of child
abuse in the world, is to talk little kids into a profession
of faith when God is not in it. Get in a confession phase so
you can go home and brag about it. Well, I saw that and I just,
I know what they're teaching. And the most important thing,
and I'm not unlimiting when people are saved, don't get me wrong,
but when people are saved, they're saved by God and 100% of the
time alone with the Lord. That's how it happens in the
scriptures. Those apostles were thrown in prison so they couldn't
brag about winning people to Christ when there was 6,000 saved. They're in jail. Every preacher
needs to be thrown in jail so that God can do his work and
the people will say, it was of the Lord. It was of the Lord. All right, Acts chapter 22, verse
20. I'll tell you where that yard
sale was. If you go by and buy that book, throw it away. Acts
chapter 22 and verse 20. And when the blood of thy martyr
Stephen, that word martyr is witness. What did he say? The God of glory appeared unto
Abram down in Ur of the Chaldees. The God of glory. When the blood of thy martyr
Stephen was shed, I also was standing by and consenting unto
his death and kept the raiment of them that slew him. And he
said unto me, Depart, for I will send thee far hence unto the
Gentiles. What is he going to do? Witness
of his resurrection. How in the world was this man
who was such a terrible person ever brought out of that life
by the resurrection of Jesus Christ? Same power that God used
to raise his son. Same power the son used to raise
himself. The same power that the Holy
Spirit used to raise Jesus Christ from the dead is the power that
is necessary. And there's no place on this
earth that has that kind of power. It has to come from heaven. And
that's why we read in John, you must be born again. And the word should have been
translated from above. You must be born from above. This is his power. So they are
witnesses. Now, those witnesses over there
in Revelation chapter 11, they are the witnesses that we read
about over there in Zechariah chapter 4. And it shares with
us that these witnesses, these are the two anointed ones that
stand by the Lord of the whole earth. testifying, anointed once. They got oil on them. Holy Spirit
empowered, God-given witnesses. And in Revelation chapter 11,
the scriptures share this about these two witnesses. And I will
give power unto my two witnesses, my witnesses. They shall prophesy
for a long time. I don't know how long. It says
there 1,000 three-score days. Now some people say that was
1,000 three-score, three-score, 1,200 and three-score years. And most of the time when they
interpret it that way, they try to figure out a time when it
started and when it ended. And you know what? They make
a terrible mistake. You just can't set a time. It's
a period of time. We don't know when it began,
but there'll be witnesses all that time. A lady came to me
one time, and she had read a track, and she had the track in her
hand. The pyramids over there were given the insight on end
times. And they knew it because they
were certain yards long and certain yards wide and certain yards
high. And I said, you know, those Egyptians
didn't know a thing about yards. They had a knotted string. A fellow came to me one time
and said, there's a new breed of eagles over there in Israel
getting ready for the Battle of Armageddon. I said, do you
believe in evolution? He says, no. And I says, well, how did
this new breed of eagles come around then? Well, I don't know. Well, you
need to be careful on what you pass out, because most of it
is not the truth. This is the only thing it is
and we have some difficulty understanding it.
