Go back to Psalm 96. Psalm 96. Titled this message, which is
very obvious, Given to the Lord the glory due unto His name. If we could spend our whole life
Doing this, I mean truly doing it from the time we get up in
the morning, time we go to bed and do that day after day, we
still could not discharge this debt. Couldn't, couldn't do it. We will never be guilty of worshiping
Him or praising Him too much. No one will ever stand guilty
of that. Now David wrote this psalm. His
name is not on this, but David wrote this psalm. You can see
it over in 1 Chronicles. After they brought the ark back
to the city of David. And David wrote this psalm. This
psalm of praise. Praising the Redeemer. The Messiah. He looks past that ark, which
is a type, and he's praising the Lord Jesus Christ. That's
who he's praising here. He said, Oh, sing unto the Lord.
That's Jehovah. It's translated as Jehovah. I am that I am. And we know who that is. It's the
Lord Jesus Christ. David is praising the Lord Jesus
Christ here. The Messiah. And he starts off
on a joyous note, sing. Singing is joy. It's a joyful
thing to be able to come together like this. And we know that preaching,
I think, if we can say the most important, I think the whole
service is greatly important. But preaching is at the pinnacle
of it. But to come together and be able
to sing praises to God and to give honor and glory due to His
name is a part of worship. It's a true part of worship.
And that's what we're here tonight to do. Mike's singing this song
and you all sing. It just meant a little more to
me after reading this. Singing to the Lord. That's who
we're singing to. We're not singing to each other just to be heard.
Our song tonight is unto the Lord. And you know, we may be
a small number here in this particular location. But you know the whole
host of heaven is worshiping with us tonight, the Lord Jesus
Christ. Can anyone number that host? It's just like seeing my arm
sticking out or my hand sticking out. That's all you can see,
but there's a body here. There's a person here. And all I can
see tonight is a small group here, but my soul. If we could
see that group, that host, that heavenly host, that's praising
Him right along with us tonight. That'd be amazing, wouldn't it?
That'd be something. But it's so. And those who have
worshipped with us in the past, who've gone on to be with Him,
are there worshipping Him right now in a way we want to. Then we
shall be what we would be. They are. They're enjoying it. And here we have in this psalm,
he says, to sing unto the Lord. That's a scriptural reason. In Ephesians 5.19, look over
there. Ephesians 5.19. Singing psalms and praising Him
this way is scriptural. In Ephesians 5 verse 19, speaking
to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing
and making melody in your heart to the Lord. That's scriptural. Let others sing to their idols
if they want to. But as for us, we're going to
sing unto Jehovah. We're going to sing unto the
Lord. The Lord Jesus Christ. We are going to sing our praises
unto Him. And He says, you're singing a
new song. It's always new, isn't it? This is always new to us. Even though we sing some of these
same old songs, it's still new. It's like singing them for the
first time. And there's someone singing it for the first time
every day. And there's someone singing it anew in glory every
day. and the new song. A song that
praises Him and not us. You know, all the songs that
natural men sing are either to themselves, of themselves. You
know, if you listen to the rock and roll songs, it's sex and
drugs. If you listen to country songs, it's somebody got divorced
and somebody ran off with somebody. Or if you listen to the religious
songs, they're singing to some, chanting to some idol. But when God converts a man,
He changes his song because He gives him a new heart to sing
with. And He puts a song in his heart. A new song. And it's a
song that praises the Redeemer. It's a song that praises the
Lord Jesus Christ. It's a new song. The new convert
begins to sing songs for the first time that praises God. Truly praises God. He sings songs for the first
time with understanding. Understanding. He knows what
worthy is the Lamb means. He knows what that means. True songs of grace come from a true work of grace
in the heart. John Newton knew what he was
writing. when he wrote Amazing Grace,
How Sweet the Sound, that saved a wretch like me. He knew that
song. He knew it in his heart. And
note who is to sing this song. Who is to sing this new song?
All the earth. All the earth. Did not God make
all the earth? And should not all the earth
sing praise unto God? He made it all. Did not the Lord
Jesus Christ? All things were made what? By
Him and for Him. Should not all things praise
Him? Should not all things sing? I tell you, the birds do. You
get up in the morning and you listen to the birds singing.
Every one of them is singing praise to Him. I don't know the
words they're singing, but they're doing just what He made them
to do. They're whistling a tune. They're singing His praises. all of the earth, all of creation.
You know, he says that down over here in verse, we'll get to this
in a minute, but listen to this. In verse 11 and 12, let the heavens
rejoice, let the earth be glad, let the sea roar in the fullness
thereof, let the field be joyful in all that is therein. Then
shall all the trees of the wood rejoice. Can you imagine in that
new creation how that everything, everything there is going to
praise He said, let the sea roar, let the trees of the wood, let
everything that's made praise Him. And it will in that new
creation. It will. So all the earth is
to praise Him. His grace has reached all the
ends of the earth. His grace is not limited to a
small corner. It's not limited to a small corner
of the earth. There's not a place. There's
not a country. There is not a nation, a people,
or a family where the grace of God has not entered. Not at all. He's going to save
people out of every kindred, tribe, tongue, and nation. Now
a lot of them, I think, a lot of them will be infants that
are taken. They touched that family. That
infant died. I believe with all my heart that
that infant was the Lord. I had a great aunt. She didn't
believe anything. Her husband didn't believe anything.
She had 14 kids. Seven of them died at birth.
Seven of the 14 died at birth or within that first few months.
But he touched that family. We would look at it as a tragedy.
People would look at it as just... And it's hard. I'm not going
to diminish that. That's hard. But I'm confident
where those seven children are. His grace touched those seven
children. As far as I know, the other seven
that lived didn't believe anything either. His grace has entered every portion
of this world. Every bit of it. Therefore, let
all the earth sing. Let all the earth sing. And sing, he says here in verse
2, until the Lord Bless His name, show forth His salvation from
day to day. Notice how many times the name
of the Lord is mentioned throughout this chapter. And what he's doing
here, what David is doing here, is let it be known. Let it be
known exactly who it is we are singing praises to. Let it be
known who it is exactly who we worship, the Lord Jesus Christ. Let it be known. And we do this. We do this. We
bless His name. You know, to bless His name is
what? Well, first of all, it's to proclaim His fame. He's God. He's God incarnate.
That's who He is. He's no ordinary man. He's no
ordinary sinful man like me and you. This is the incarnate God. This is the man who knew no sin.
This is the Lamb of God. This is who Jesus Christ is.
It's to proclaim His character. Holy. This man is holy. They
talk about a holy man. They talk all the Pope is a holy
father. There's nothing holy about that
man. From the top of his head to the
bottom of his feet, there's nothing but corruption. But Christ was
truly a holy man. Holy, holy, holy. Lord God Almighty. Those angels
were singing that to Him. Back there in Isaiah. They were
singing that to our Redeemer. When he says here, singing to
the Lord, he's talking about singing to the Redeemer. This
song is to the Redeemer of Israel. And show forth His salvation
when? Sunday? Wednesday night? from day to day. Every time you
get up in the morning, or every time you get up and you go about
your day, and you have an opportunity, show forth His salvation. Who
knows? Who knows? That might be a child
of God. That might be one of God's own
that you just talked to. And that's how we show forth
and give His honor that's due unto His name. We show forth
His salvation. Preach the gospel that reveals
Him. Witness the gospel that reveals Him. Let us continually
preach that gospel that most reveals Him. You know, God is
most revealed in the gospel. That's where God is revealed.
His character, who He is, it's revealed in the gospel. Let us
continually preach or show from day to day How that from the
beginning, He chose us. He chose us. I'm not ashamed
of that. I'm not going to back down from
that because somebody doesn't like it. That's their problem.
I want to show forth that God chose me. That's something to
rejoice in. He didn't leave me alone. He
lifted, what did Hannah say? He lifted the beggar from the
dunghill. That's something to show. All show it from day to day,
how He chose us and blessed us with all spiritual blessings
in the heavenlies before the world began. It continually shows how Christ,
the Son of the living God, became a man, became a real man. He came into this world, became
a man, obeyed the law, He magnified the laws, the scripture
says, and made it honorable. No other man ever did that. But
He did. And by doing this, He provided
us with a righteousness that God demands and God accepts.
And we have it. We have it in Him. We have in
Him all we need to stand before God's holy presence accepted. Now, is that not worth singing?
Is that not worth singing unto Him? Is that not worth giving
unto Him all the honor and glory that's due unto His name? It
sure is. And we continually preach now
that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures.
We continually preach that the Lord Jesus Christ died
to save sinners. That's why He says, go declare
to the heathens. We've got something to tell them.
I'm not trying to just change their theology. I'm not trying
to just change the way they worship or change their religion to another
religion. I'm trying to tell them that
there's a real living Redeemer who's saved from sin, who has
come and died for sinners and risen and gone back to the Father. Man, there's hope for sinners.
We have the only message that has any hope in it. We have the only message. The only one. And we're to preach
it, he says, from day to day. Day to day. And declare His glory. His chief glory. What's that? That's His redemptive glory. Declare his redemptive glory.
That's what he's saying here. Among the heathen. You know,
when David wrote that, he was talking about us. He was talking
about us. He was calling us heathens. I'm sure glad he did. He can
call me a heathen. I know he's right. He's right. Declare His glory among the heathen, His wonders among all people. Declare, He says here, use all
the proper means to make known the Savior to a lost and dying
world. You know, we have a lot of means at our disposal now,
don't we? television, radio, the internet
now. We have a lot of proper means
to use to spread the gospel throughout the world. It's amazing right
now how the gospel is being spread throughout the world. I mean,
just this little group right here, we get listened to, what,
600, 700 times a month? That's a lot of times. That's
nothing compared to And what Henry's getting listened to,
and others, Don, and all those. I mean, it's thousands and thousands
of times. And it's all over the world.
It's all over the world. Declaring. And what are we going
to declare? His glory. His glory. Oh, His redemptive glory. Who
He is, what He did, who He did it for, and where He is now.
And He's coming again. Declare His glory, which is His
salvation. You know, Moses said this, Lord,
show me Your glory. He said, OK, Moses, I'll do this.
Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to show you my glory.
I'm going to make all my goodness pass before you. And I'll be merciful to whom
I'll be merciful. I'll have compassion to whom
I'll have compassion. His chief glory is the saving
of sinners through the blood and righteousness of His Son. That's His glory. That's His
glory. And we are to declare it unto
all that we can. He said here, among the heathen.
You know, the Jew believed that the only thing
that would be declared to us was the wrath of God. Jonah. Jonah didn't want to do it. If God had told Jonah, you go
there and I'm going to kill him and just tell him I'm going to
kill him and that's going to be the end of it. He would have been in a heartbeat. But he was upset because he knew
this. He knew that God was a merciful
God. He said, I know you're a merciful God. And I knew you'd forgive
him. And he didn't want that. See
what prejudice does for you? Keep you from a lot of blessings. I always say, declare it among
the heathen. Declare this wonder, wondrous
story, this marvelous story about the Redeemer among the Gentiles. Tell them the Messiah is coming. Tell them about His grace and
His mercy. Tell them. Tell them about it. David wrote this. The Jew wrote
this. They cannot say that they did
not have information that the gospel was going to be sent to
the Gentiles also. The whole Old Testament is just
full of the gospel coming to us. It's just they were so prejudiced
they didn't want it to happen. But declare His glory among the
heathen and His wonders among all people. Oh, this salvation
is so great, it's for all people. It's for people in Africa. It's
for people in Mexico. It's for people in America, China. You just name it, you know, all
people, all races. You know, God scattered the earth
there in Babel. He scattered all those people
that confused their language. But this is the common bond that
we have with all people who are brought by the grace of God to
believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Declare His wonders of grace,
His wonders of mercy, His wonders of redemption to all people. Declare the amazing accomplishments
of the Lord Jesus Christ. Oh, I tell you what, when they
quit being amazing to us, we're in trouble. If sitting under the gospel and
listening to it Sundays and Wednesdays and every other opportunity you
get, when it quits becoming amazing, that's a real problem. That's
a real problem. When grace quits becoming amazing
grace, that's a real problem. to declare His wonders among
the people for the Lord. And when I see that, I think, the
Lord Jesus Christ. You can just write that over
there. For the Lord Jesus Christ is great and greatly to be praised. He is to be feared above all
gods. Yes, this One who is meek and
lowly is to be feared above all gods. Here's the reason for All
our singing and preaching. Well, the Lord is great. We serve and worship a great
God. I wish I could put that into
words that would just strike home. But the Lord has to make it.
He has to apply it. He has to apply it. All the words
in this world wouldn't do anything for Him if He didn't apply it.
But He's great. Who is like unto the Lord? They
said that throughout the Old Testament. Who's like unto Him?
Who's like unto our God that passes by the iniquity of His
people? Who's like Him? Who can be compared to Him? He
speaks and life is given. He speaks and life is given.
He speaks and this earth is created. He speaks and a sinner is saved. A sinner is saved. The man who
was in darkness is now light. One who is blind can now see.
One who is dead can now live. He upholds all things just by
the Word of His power. You look at... I find watching
these nature programs interesting. You just have to ignore the narrator. But I find watching the program
interesting. You look at the universe and
all the billions stars and just galaxies that are after Him.
All of those are upheld by the Word of His power. All of them. He's great. And He's great in
His person. The Lord Jesus Christ is great
in His person. They made nothing of Him. They
made nothing of Him. But God sure makes much of Him.
Every knee is going to bow and every tongue is going to confess
He's Lord to the glory of God. Great in His person. And He's
great in His holiness. Everything about Him is absolute
perfection. Everything. And because of this
greatness, He's to be greatly praised, not lightly esteemed.
That's the way He was treated when He walked on this earth.
He was lightly esteemed. There were a few who greatly
praised Him. But that's the way He's to be
praised. He's to be greatly praised. He deserves great praise. Don't
you think so? One day when He cast the great
whore, demons and all of them into the
lake of fire, He'll deserve great praise. My, what a Redeemer. What He saved us from, we have
at this point in time, we can't comprehend. We can't even come
close to comprehend. We can't comprehend the depth
of God's love and we can't comprehend the depths of God's prayer. But I tell you that he needs
to be greatly praised. It's not like, let's hurry up
and give a little praise service here and leave. No, this greatly
praised is something that comes in with us and leaves with us
and goes with us throughout the whole week. He deserves great praise. We cannot praise Him too much.
We cannot praise Him too often. We cannot praise Him too joyfully.
He's to be greatly praised. Let everything the Scripture
says that hath breath praise the Lord. Everything. But now
it also says He's to be feared. He's to be feared. And I don't think that means
that we're to hide. In the last days, they're going
to cry for the rocks and the mountains to fall on and hide
them from the face of the land. That's not the kind of fear that's
here. We need to have our utmost respect
and reference in the way we use His name, in the way we even
think of Him, without saying a word. The way we even think
of Him. And it's at all times. We do
it at all times. Our praise of Him is to be coupled
with a sincere awe of His person. Stand in awe of Him. If He saves you, you will. I
know we live in His flesh, and I know we have our times when
we're cold as ice. But I think the tenor of our
life is standing in awe of Him. And here's another reason for
such praise and fear. For all the gods of the nations
are idols. Non-entities. They don't exist. They don't exist at all. But the Lord, Jehovah, the Lord
Jesus Christ made the heavens. He made the heavens. They're
in verse 5. All others are dumb idols and have no existence. But He's real. He's real. The one David is speaking
of here, the God of this Word, the God of salvation is real.
Jesus Christ is real. Redemption by Him, salvation
by Him is real. Him seated at God's right hand
right now is real. We're talking about a real person
here who really is God. He's real. People die by the second and
they find that out. Every day, all day long, across
this world, I say probably every second, somebody dies and they
find out He's real. He's real. We're not dealing
here with an idol. This is not something that some
men got together and made up. This is God. This is real. I tell you what, if it's real,
it's worth everything we got. It's worth all the praise and
honor and glory we can give unto Him. The reality of His Godhead is
proved. One writer said this. I thought
this was good. The reality of His Godhead is
proved by His works. Just look about you. Just look
about you. And then just look at this. People who truly believe God,
love God, and love one another. That's a God. That's a God. Honor and majesty are before
Him. Strength and beauty are in His
sanctuary. These belong to Him. These belong
to the Lord Jesus Christ. These belong to the Messiah.
Beauty and strength. Go over in the book of Song of
Solomon and read how she describes Him. He's all together. We are going to be astonished
when the bride is fully in heaven. The church on earth is joined
completely with the church in heaven. She's going to stand
in awe of His beauty. She's going to stand in awe of
His beauty. He's altogether lovely. Not a blemish in Him. Not at all. They honor and majesty
belong to Him. Men pretend to have these. We
see these kings and You go over to England and they pretend to
have these things now. They pretend to have it. But
you know He has it in His fullness. He has it. Men pretend to have
it. And a few people act like they've
got it. But He has it. And He has it in His fullness.
And the word majesty here means this. Sovereign authority. Beauty. and sovereign authority
are in His sanctuary. Sovereign authority belongs unto
the Lord Jesus Christ. He can do with His own as He
will, when He will. And you know everything is His.
Not just the church. The church is His specially.
He purchased her, redeemed her. But everything's His. He has
a sovereign right over everything that exists. And you know what
the Scripture says? He gives no account of any of
His matters. He's not going to answer the
peons like this. He's not going to ask me what I think. That's not going to happen. He
is the sovereign, and He has been given sovereign authority.
The Lord Jesus Christ has been given sovereign authority overall.
You know, God's sovereignty used to be preached in a lot of pulpits
in years gone by. You don't hear it anymore, do
you? I've watched some of these television
evangelists. You don't hear them talk about God's sovereignty.
You don't hear them saying things like Hannah said, the Lord killeth
and maketh alive. You don't hear that because the
people don't want to hear that they're preaching to. They don't
believe it. They don't want a God like that.
They want a God that caters to their wills and their whims.
That's the kind of God men want to whittle out. A God that will
let them have what they want to have. Do what they want to
do. They don't want a God where you have to say, Thou will be
done. And we don't have to say it.
We say it because we want to. But the rebels see it as having
to say it. Rebels see it like, I have to bow. Believers want
to bow. Believers do bow. Now there are two things that
we shall see in His sanctuary. Strength and beauty. Aren't you glad our God has all
power? Strength! He's able to do what He said.
He's able to rule and reign over all things. He's able to do that. We don't need a weak God. I don't
need a weak God. My case is too bad for a weak
God to come along and do something. I need one who has all power
and all authority in His hands. That's what I need. That's what
you need. And that's what we have in Christ. Strength. We shall see that all things
are upheld by His power and that nothing exists without Him. Do
you know what the strength of the church is? Do you know what
her strength is? God is in the midst of her and
she shall not be moved. There is her strength. There is her strength. And we shall behold his indescribable
beauty. Now he says in verse 7, given
to the Lord, O ye kindreds of the people. Not just that little
Jewish race over there. Not just that fleshly seed of
Abraham. But the kindreds of the people.
People all over this world. Given to the Lord, Glory and
strength. He's not saying that we give
these things to Him. You know that. You know that. But here's
what He's saying. Recognize this. Recognize this. And when do we recognize it?
All the time. All the time. We recognize it
before our children. See that sun, that moon, the
stars? God did that. God made that. I know it's a
little confusing for them when they go to school Other things. But as parents, teachers, pastors,
God did that. God made all this. The Lord Jesus
Christ, who is God, made all this. Give Him the glory as due unto
His name. When you stand before people,
you recognize His glory. You recognize His glory and redemption.
His glory and salvation. Recognize it. And give unto the Lord the glory
due unto His name. At every opportunity. Every opportunity. It doesn't matter if everyone
in the house hates Him. You give Him the glory that's due unto
His name. And who can do this to the full?
But as best we can, listen, I'll wind this up. Let us give unto
Him all the glory, first of all, of creation. All things are made
by Him and for Him. He's the God of creation. Let's
give unto Him all the glory of preservation. He's the one who
preserves all this. If you look at the devastating
effects of sin, if Christ did not uphold all things, this world
would already have been gone. This earth would have been gone.
There's no way this earth could sustain the sinfulness of man. Couldn't do it. Couldn't do it. He's the one who sustains it. It's really a blessing that God
only allows men and women to live about 70 years. We don't
need them living 900 years, do we? I mean, it's a mess when
they just get to 70. But let's give unto Him the glory
as the preserver of all things. And He's the sustainer of all
things. But especially, and we miss it if we don't do this,
give unto Him the glory of salvation from sin. It all belongs to Him. It's not
me and Him working it out together. It's not me cooperating with
Him. It's Him saving. He's the one who died. He's the
one who lived. He's the one who did it all. So He gets all the
glory. All of it. And bring an offering. Not a blood offering. Christ
already did that. An offering of praise and thanksgiving.
Bring that. Bring that into here tonight.
When we come back together Sunday, let's bring that praise and thanksgiving,
an offering of praise and thanksgiving. Let's bring it again. That's
greater than anything you'll put in that box. Can't put a value on that. All
worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. This is the only
beauty He cares for. He doesn't care for the beauty
of our buildings, does He? If we are enabled by God to go later
on and build a building, He's not going to be impressed with
what we build. I don't care what we make it out of. We can make
it out of gold. It wouldn't impress Him. I'll tell you what's impressive. It's the beauty of true worship.
He seeketh such to worship Him in spirit and in truth. The beauty
of true worship. Say among the heathens. Boy,
he keeps talking to us heathens, doesn't he? I mean, this psalm
is to us. This 96th psalm is to us Gentiles. David has looked beyond that
ark, which is a type in that Jewish nation right there. And
under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, he's speaking to
us. He's writing to us about the Redeemer. Say among the heathens
that the Lord reigneth. Tell them who reigns. The Lord.
Who's that? The Lord Jesus Christ. He's reigning
right now. He's reigning. Boy, that makes
you able to sleep at night, doesn't it? That really enables you to rest. to know
that this thing is not left up to Democrats and Republicans. It's not left up to them. I mean,
I'm thankful that we have Democrats and Republicans. They can tell
on each other. You have to have two parties so they can, you
know, dig up dirt on each other. It keeps everybody honest. That's
what it does. But he reigns. Tell the lost the good news of
the gospel. I'm sure glad that the saints
of God put forth the money to put Henry on television back
in 1979, and I was able to hear the gospel. Tell the lost. Lost. I was lost. As Donnie says,
lost as a white goose in a snowstorm. Tell the lost the good news of
the gospel. I tell you what, if you had a
doctor that could cure you, you'd go tell somebody else that had
the same problem, wouldn't you? You would. Tell them how He ascended
on high and led captivity captive. Tell them how He did that. Tell them how He sits on the
throne ruling the heavens and the earth. This is the best news
you can tell this lost and dying world is the gospel. You can send food and relieve
hunger and that's fine, that's good. Somebody's hungry, feed
them. But the best thing you can do is tell them about Christ.
You can feed them and fatten them up and they die. In the
middle of the while they die. Everybody has to die. Everybody
has to meet God. And we can do it. We can die. We can die rejoicing if we know
Him. Hell, then, that the world, listen,
the world shall be established. Don't let Al Gore scare you to
death. I mean, if you listen to him, he'll scare you to death. I can't believe he got the, what's
that Pulitzer Prize? Nobel Prize. Don't let Him scare you to death.
The world shall be established. As long as you're on it, He'll
take care of it. Now we need to act like it's
sensible. It is His. We take care of it.
It's His garden. We take care of His garden. But
He'll keep it. He'll keep it till time shall
be no more. And He steps one foot upon the sea, it says, over
revelations, and one foot upon the shore and declares, time
shall be no more. Until then, it will be established. But especially that new earth.
It will be established and it will never come to an end. Never. I know men threaten its destruction.
We see earthquakes and hurricanes. We see creation groaning, as
we saw in Romans. Groaning, prevailing. under this
burden of sin. But He'll keep it. He'll keep it. Listen, He'll
keep it through His mediation. It's all in His hands. It's all
been turned over to Him. This whole affair has been turned
over to the mediatorial reign of Jesus Christ. And His reign will be in righteousness. Aren't you glad He's righteous?
Man, we couldn't take two devils. I mean, Satan is... But He's
righteous. He's righteous. He will reign in righteousness.
He'll do right. Shall not the judge of the earth
do right? He sure will. And because of His meditatorial
reign, Let the whole creation rejoice.
Let all of creation rejoice, because the editorial reign is
in His hands. It's not in the hands of Bush.
It's not in the hands of any of these other presidents or
rulers or whatever you want to call them. It's not in their
hands. It's in His hands. So let the whole creation rejoice. Let the sea roar. Let the woods
clap their hands. Let it all rejoice. They'll all
rejoice. For He cometh. He's on His way. He cometh. It means He's coming.
It means He's on His way. That's what that means. He's
cometh. He's on His way to judge the earth. He's going to finish up the whole
matter. It's all been put into His hands.
And one day, one day He's going to show up
and He's going to finish this whole matter. Put an end to sin. Totally put
an end to it. And He'll take all His saints
to glory. And He's coming and His judgment
is going to be with righteousness. It will be right. You can't say
that about the men of this earth, can you? There's so much corruption
in this earth. So much corruption in judgment
and with judges and lawyers. But I tell you, this one is with
righteousness. And it's right. If he says depart,
it's right. If he says enter in, it's right.
With righteousness. Established with righteousness. And there'll be no respective
persons in that day. Lord, we preached in your name.
We cast out many devils in your name. We did a lot in your name. Many mighty works. There are some prominent preachers
in our day on television and stuff that are going to say things
like that. And he's going to say, depart
from me. I never knew you. No respect of persons. The Lord David said, Sing unto the
Lord a new song. Sing unto the Lord all the earth.
Sing unto the Lord and bless his name. Show forth his salvation
from day to day. Declare his glory among the heathens.
His wonders among all people. For the Lord is great, the Lord
Jesus Christ is great, and greatly to be praised. He is to be feared
above all gods, for all the gods of the earth are idols, but the
Lord Jesus Christ made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before
Him. Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. Given to the
Lord Jesus Christ, O ye kindred of the people. Given to the Lord
Jesus Christ, glory and strength. Given to the Lord Jesus Christ,
the glory due unto His name. Bring an offering and come into
his courts. Oh, worship the Lord Jesus Christ in the beauty of
holiness. Fear before him all the earth.
Say among the heathen that the Lord Jesus Christ reigneth. The
world also shall be established that it shall not be moved. He
shall judge the people righteously. Let the heavens rejoice and let
the earth be glad. Let the sea roar in the fullness
thereof. Let the field be joyful in all
that is therein. Then shall all the trees of the
wood rejoice. before the Lord Jesus Christ.
For He cometh to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with
righteousness and the people with His truth.
