I'm bringing the message today
from Luke chapter 3 verse 21, 22, and verse 23 of Luke chapter
3. And I'm taking the title for
the message from what is said, the last part in verse 22. where
God the Father speaks from heaven concerning the Lord Jesus Christ
and says that he is the beloved Son of God, God the beloved Son,
and then he says, in thee, or in whom, I am well satisfied. I am well pleased. So the title of the message will
be, Well-pleased with Christ. Well-pleased with Christ. We find on another occasion when
God the Father again speaks from heaven and He has the same exact
message. Hold your place here and find
Luke chapter 9. When the Lord Jesus Christ was
transfigured before Peter, James, and John. when his countenance
shined forth in all the splendor of his glorious person." And
we read in Luke chapter 9, let's just read these verses at verse
28 and following, About eight days after these sayings, he
took Peter, John, and James up into a mountain to pray. And
as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered.
His raiment was white and glistening. And behold, there talked with
him two men, which were Moses and Elijah. Now Moses and Elijah
have been dead how many years? A long time. And their body was
in the grave, but they weren't there. They were in glory with
the Lord, who appeared in glory and spake of his decease, which
he should accomplish. For his death is an accomplishment
of salvation. But Peter and they that were
with him were heavy with sleep. That's quite amazing, isn't it?
At this glorious sight, and yet the flesh is so frail, they were
sleepy. And when they were awake, they
saw His glory and the two men that stood with Him. And it came
to pass, as they departed from Him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master,
it is good for us to be here. Let us make three tabernacles,
one for Thee, one for Moses, one for Elijah, not knowing what
He said. God has no equal, does He? And
while he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them.
And they feared as they entered into the cloud, and there came
a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son. Now you
hear him. You hear this one that's beloved
of God. God has but one message. Look
at Christ. He is everything in salvation. Behold the Lamb of God that taketh
away our sin. Every believer is well pleased
with the Lord Jesus Christ. Every believer is now well pleased. To you who believe the Lord Jesus
Christ is altogether lovely. To you who believe the Lord Jesus
Christ is precious. Christ is all and in all. You see, to the believer he is
all of our salvation before God. We can say with Simeon, As he
looked in the face of a 40-day-old infant, the Lord Jesus Christ,
and said, Lord, let me die now. My eyes have seen thy salvation. The Lord Jesus Christ is all
of our salvation, isn't he? The Lord Jesus Christ is all
of our righteousness before God. I don't have any righteousness
of my own, of my own doing, of my own hand. As a matter of fact,
the best I have, God said, is filthy rags. Away with it. You
see, the believer's righteousness before God is the Lord Jesus
Christ. He is all our righteousness before
God. He is called the Lord, our righteousness. He is made unto us wisdom, righteousness,
Sanctification and Redemption. Blessed is the man to whom the
Lord imputed righteousness without works. The Lord Jesus Christ
is everything to the believer. He's all of our salvation. He's
all of our redemption. He's all of our righteousness.
He is our Redeemer. And He's all of our reconciliation
before God. Our sin brought what? Separation. What did His atoning death bring? Reconciliation. God was in Christ
reconciling us unto Himself. He made peace with God with His
own blood. He actually reconciled us unto
the Father. The believer, every believer,
were pleased with the Lord Jesus Christ, right? We delight in
Him, we love Him because He first loved us. But listen to me, the
most important thing and the paramount thing is this, God
the Father is well pleased with the Lord Jesus Christ. God the
Father is well satisfied with the Lord Jesus Christ. You see,
it's God who has been offended. Sin has offended God. God must
be the one that is satisfied with the Lord Jesus Christ, with
His sacrifice for our sin. And He is. He speaks not once
but twice and said, This is my dear beloved Son. I am well pleased
with Him. Now turn to Isaiah for a moment,
Isaiah 42. Isaiah 42 verse 1 God said behold
my servant who I whom I uphold mine elect and who my soul delighteth
Who's he talking about there? He talked about the elect of
God the Lord Jesus Christ Isaiah 42 1 he is the elect of God God
delights in all that Christ is because he is God But look at
Isaiah 42 verse 21. Here again we read, the Lord
is well pleased for His righteousness sake. He will magnify the law. He will make it honorable. Aren't
you glad that the Father, God the Father is well pleased with
the obedience and faithfulness of the Lord Jesus Christ? And
that He is satisfying to God? Turn to Isaiah 53 verse 10. Isaiah 53 verse 10. You see,
we are satisfied with Christ. We are well pleased with the
Lord Jesus Christ. But the paramount thing is that
God the Father is satisfied with the Lord Jesus. Isaiah 53 verse
10. Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise
him, He hath put him to grief, when thou shalt make his soul
an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong
his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his
hands. Now look at verse 11 carefully.
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied. God the Father is well-pleased
and satisfied with the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ. By
his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many, for he
shall bear their iniquities. Now, the good news of the gospel
is this. Because of our union with Christ,
The believer being one with Christ, because of our union with Christ,
because of our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as our
substitute, as our savior, as our mediator, as our representative. God is well pleased with us in
the Lord Jesus Christ. well-pleased, satisfied. He delights in those in Christ. God is well-pleased with those
who are in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that's where every believer
stands. How does he stand? In Christ. But of him are you in Christ,
who of God is made unto us everything we need. There is therefore now
no condemnation to those who are in the Lord Jesus Christ. That's why Paul said, I want
to be, I want to win Christ, I count everything else dung,
loss, ruin, that I may win Christ and be found, where do you want
to be found? In Him. Salvation is in Him,
in a person. And I love that verse in Ephesians
chapter 1 where it says, we are accepted, we are accepted in
the Beloved, in the Lord Jesus Christ. What's true of the head
is true of the body. God is well pleased with the
Lord Jesus Christ, and He's well pleased with those in the Lord
Jesus Christ. Now, back to the text here, Luke
chapter 3. Thou art my beloved Son, and God says
this of every one of His elect, as they are in Christ, Well pleased,
I'm well pleased with them. But I want to start my first
point in this message after that introduction with verse 23. Now
this is kind of a back way of coming at this, but I'm going
to go at it this way, verse 23. The Lord Jesus Christ began His
public ministry when He was 30 years of age. You see that? Now remember back in Luke chapter
2, We saw him when he was 12 years old there in the temple,
remember? Among the Pharisees and the Sadducees,
asking questions and answering and they marveled at him. Now
here, he's 30 years old and he's entering his public ministry. Now why is it important? that
it says here, 30 years of age. Well, we know the Lord Jesus
Christ was designated as our great high priest, right? Back
under the law, if you see the reference there in verse 23,
see the reference there in Numbers chapter 4 verse 3, you see that? Numbers chapter 4 verse 3, if
you go back and look at that, those who served in the Aaronic
priesthood in the family of Aaron and tribe of Levi began their
public ministry, that is the priest did, they began their
public ministry when they were 30 years old. Now, why is that significant?
Well, the Lord Jesus Christ honored the law of God. He began his
public ministry as our great high priest representing us being
sent of God. The Lord Jesus Christ is our
great high priest accomplishing all our salvation. Now, this
is so important. Do you have a high priest to
represent you? Yes. Every believer can say emphatically,
definitely, yes, we have a great high priest who represents us
before God. Who is it? The Lord Jesus Christ. Now the book of Hebrews makes
this so clear and so plain. Hebrews, let's turn first of
all to Hebrews chapter 2. You see, back under the law,
no man could come into the holy of holies or the holy place,
only the priest, and then on that day of atonement, once a
year, and he came in, the high priest, representing Israel.
He came in as a representative man to present a blood sacrifice
to make atonement for the sin of the people. That is a picture
of Christ, our great High Priest. By the one offering, He perfected
forever them that are sanctified. Hebrews 2, verse 16, He took
not on Him the nature of angels, but took on Him the seed of Abraham. He was a real man, born of a
woman, made under the law to redeem them that were under the
law, wherefore in all things it behooved him to be made like
unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high
priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation or
atonement for the sins of the people." Do we have a great high
priest? Yes. Is God well pleased with
his sacrifice? Yes. How do we know so? He was
deliberate for our offenses and raised again because He justified
us. Now stay in the book of Hebrews
right here for a moment. Turn to Hebrews chapter 4 verse
14. God is well pleased with the
priesthood of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a matter of fact,
do you know every believer in Christ is a priest unto God?
In Christ, He's made us kings and priests unto our God. In
Hebrews chapter 4, look at verse 14, saying then that we have
a great high priest. Now who made Him our high priest?
God made Him our high priest. That is, passed into the heavens,
oh, He's the one that's exalted. When he by himself purged our
sin, he sat down at the right hand of God. Jesus, the Son of
God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not a high priest,
but cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but
was in all point tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let
us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we
may obtain mercy, find grace to help in time of need. Do we
have a great high priest? Absolutely. Who is he? The Lord
Jesus Christ. Now, another scripture in Hebrews. Hebrews chapter 7 verse 22, "...by
so much which Jesus made assured thee of a better testament. And
they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered
to continue by reason of death." As a matter of fact, if you go
back and read Numbers chapter 4 verse 3, they began their ministry
at age 30 and they retired at age 50. The Lord Jesus Christ
is the everlasting priest. Look what it says there. And
they truly were many priests because they were not suffered
or permitted to continue by reason of death. But this man, because
he continued with ever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore,
He is able to save to the uttermost all that come to God by Him,
seeing that He ever liveth to make intercession for them. For
such a high priest became us, who was holy, harmless, undefiled,
separate from sin, made higher than the heavens." Do you have
a great high priest? Absolutely. What did he do? He
accomplished all salvation for us. Hebrews 9, turn there. The Lord Jesus Christ is prophet,
priest, and king. God is well-pleased with all
of His person, all of His office, as prophet, priest, and king.
Hebrews 9 verse 11, But Christ, being come a high priest of good
things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle,
not made with hands, that is to say, not of His building,
neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood,
He entered at once into the holy place, having obtained eternal
redemption for us with His own blood. Do you have a great high
priest? Absolutely. Is God well pleased
with the Lord Jesus Christ and His priesthood? Absolutely. Turn
to Hebrews 10, and we could read more, but we'll read verse 14,
for by one offering He perfected forever them that are sanctified. We have a great high priest.
The Lord Jesus Christ Himself, He's all of our Salvation before
God. He accomplished salvation for
us with His own blood. Now turn back to the text, Luke
chapter 3. Now back up to verse 21. And
then we're going to get down to verse 22. Verse 21, Now when
all the people were baptized, that is all that came to John,
confessing their sin, confessing their need of a Redeemer, It
came to pass that Jesus also being baptized and praying and
the heaven was opened and God spake from heaven. Now, here's
the question that I want us to consider. Why was the Lord Jesus
Christ baptized? Did you ever think about that?
Why was the Lord Jesus Christ baptized? He had no sin to confess,
did he? We just read a moment ago in
Hebrews chapter 7, He is holy, harmless, such a high priest
became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, and separate from
sin. The Scripture said of Him, He had no sin, He knew no sin,
He did no sin, He had no sin to confess, He had no sin to
be remitted, or forgiven, or washed. Did He? Oh, He's the
Holy One of God. He had no sin. He was not baptized
to receive the Holy Spirit, was He? Because John said of Him,
we read this last week, that He had the Spirit of God. You
remember the Father loveth the Son, and giveth all things into
His hand? For He whom God hath sent speaketh
the words of God. For God giveth not the Spirit
by measure unto Him. He had the Holy Spirit. He didn't need Sin remitted. He had no sin to confess. Then
why was he baptized? Was it important? Was it necessary?
Absolutely. Because we read over here in
Matthew 3, verse 15, when John said, I have need to be baptized
of thee, and comest thou to me? And the Lord said, Suffer it
to be so now, For thus it becometh us to fulfill all righteousness."
Now, that is a key right there. It becometh us to fulfill all
righteousness. Our Lord in being baptized is
demonstrating our union and oneness with Him. He fulfilled all righteousness
for those in Him, those who are one with Him. He fulfilled all
righteousness. What He did, we did, being one
with Him. You see, He's identifying with
us and demonstrating that He is one with us in what it says
there, for thus it becometh us. to fulfill all righteousness. Now, think about this. The Lord
Jesus Christ, as our great high priest, was a representative
man, a federal head, right? When He lived and what He did,
we did in Him. For we were in Him from the beginning. When He lived, we lived. We lived
in Him. When He obeyed the law, We obey
the law in Him. He's demonstrating our union
and oneness with Him. When He died, we died in Him. Turn to Galatians chapter 3.
Our unions suffer it to be so for us to fulfill all righteousness. Who's the us? Galatians chapter
2. Who's the us He's talking about?
Well, His elect. Those given to Him, all that
the Father giveth to me shall come to me, and those that come
to me I will in no wise cast out." You see, His faithfulness,
His obedience, His righteousness is ours as we are in Him. He's our representative. Notice
now in Galatians chapter 2 verse 16. When he lived, we lived.
When he died, we died. When he was raised up, we were
raised up. Knowing that a man is not justified by the works
of the law, but by the faith of Christ. Now notice that word,
of Christ. We're justified by the faithfulness
of the Lord Jesus Christ. Even we have believed in Jesus
Christ, that way we might be justified by the faith of Christ.
not by the works of the law, by the works of the law shall
no flesh be justified in his sight. For by the works of the
law shall no flesh be justified. But if, while we seek to be justified
by Christ, we also are found sinners, is therefore Christ
the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again
the thing which I destroy, I make myself a transgressor. Verse
19. For I, through the law, am dead
to the law, that I might live unto God. Now look at verse 20
carefully. I am crucified with Christ. You see, when He lived,
we lived. When He died, we died in Him. I am crucified with Christ. Nevertheless, nevertheless, I
live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me. And the life which I now
live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God,
who loved me and gave Himself for me. Verse 21. One of my favorite
verses, I do not frustrate the grace of God, for if righteousness
come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Now my point
is this, His faithfulness is ours. His obedience is our obedience. His righteousness is ours. His
death is ours. His redemption is ours. His salvation
is ours. His resurrection is ours. By
free grace, free grace alone. When he was buried, we were buried
in him, in our substitute. When he was raised from the dead,
when he by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand
of God, you know what? We sat down in him. You see,
he didn't die as a private man. He died as a public head. for
His covenant people. Now this is so key. For by one
man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience
of another shall many be made righteous. When He ascended to
glory, we ascended in glory, and when He sat down, we sat
down in Him. Does it say that in Scripture?
It does. Actually it does. I'm not exaggerating. Turn to Ephesians chapter 2.
Ephesians chapter 2 verse 4, But God, who is rich
in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when
we were dead in sin, hath quickened us together with Christ, by grace
are you saved. Look at verse 6, Ephesians 2
verse 6, And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together
in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might
show the exceeding riches of His grace and His kindness toward
us through Christ Jesus. The believer, see our forerunner
has ascended and entered in and sat down, and you know what it
says over here in Hebrews chapter 6? Don't turn, let me just read
it to you. Where the forerunner is for us entered, even the Lord
Jesus Christ. When He sat down, we sat down
in Him. We are already exalted in the
Lord Jesus Christ. That's right. That's not an exaggeration. That is the grace of God. For
it says, moreover, whom He did predestinate, them He also called,
and whom He called, them He also justified, and whom He justified,
He already glorified. It's already done. It's already
done. In the Lord Jesus Christ. Now, the other thing I want to
point out is this. is verse 22, the Lord being baptized,
identifying with us, praying for us, heaven was opened, verse
22, and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove
upon him, and a voice came from heaven which said, This is My
Beloved Son. Now, what can we learn in verse
3? When the Lord Jesus Christ was
baptized, all three persons of the Godhead displayed their concern
and redemption and the salvation of the Lord's people. Now, do
you see in verse 22, three persons? Do you see it? The Father speaks from heaven
and says, This is My Beloved Son. God the Son, the Lord Jesus
Christ, was baptized, and God the Holy Spirit descended and
identified Him, said, this is the Christ of God. Three persons. Three persons in the Godhead. For years and years, over 50
years, where Pastor Mahan was the pastor of the church there
in Ashland, on the front cover of the bulletin, these words
are written, and I believe this originated with Charles Spurgeon.
To the one God of heaven and earth, in the trinity of his
sacred person, be all honor and glory, to the glorious Father
as a covenant head, to the gracious Son, the Redeemer of his people,
to the Holy Ghost, the author of sanctification, be everlasting
praise for that gospel of the free grace of God. We read in
Scripture, Deuteronomy chapter 6 verse 4, Hear, O Israel, the
Lord our God is one Lord. Right? We read in 1 John chapter
5 verse 7, For there are three that bear record in heaven, the
Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost, these three, these three
are One, right? The Lord our God is manifested
in three distinct persons, each possessing all the attributes
and characteristics of the Almighty, the Eternal, the Sovereign God. Now listen to this carefully,
and I'm not trying to trick you up, but I heard this statement
recently, and it's a good statement. Our God is not one person. Our God is not one person. He
is one God manifested in three distinct persons. The hero is
of the Lord our God is one God. God the Father, God the Son,
God the Holy Spirit, these three are one. We worship the triune
God. The whole Godhead was involved
in our salvation. Now this is clearly taught, turn
to Ephesians chapter 1. This is clearly taught all through
the Bible. We see in Old Testament and New
Scripture, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Now in Ephesians chapter 1, the
point I want to make here, and what I want you to see, is that
the whole Godhead is involved in accomplishing our salvation.
Look what it says in verse 3 of Ephesians chapter 1. Blessed
be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed
us with all spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ,
according as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation
of the world, that we should be holy without blame before
Him in love, having predestinated us unto the adoption of children
by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,
to the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He hath made
us accepted in the Beloved." Now who did all that? Blessed
be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He chose us,
He blessed us, He predestinated us, and in all to the praise
of the glory of His grace, He has made us accepted in the Beloved.
Now, there is the work of the Father. Here we see the work
of the Son, verse 7. In whom we have redemption, in
the Beloved, through His blood, the forgiveness of sin according
to the riches of His grace. Wherein he hath abounded toward
us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known unto us the
mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he
had purposed in himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness
of times he might gather together and want all things in Christ.
There is the redeeming work of the Son, both which are in heaven,
which are on the earth, In whom also we have obtained an inheritance,
heirs of God, and joint heirs with the Lord Jesus Christ, being
predestinated according to the purposes of Him, who worketh
all things at the counsel of His own will, that we should
be to the praise of the glory of His grace, who first trusted
Christ. There's the work of the Father,
there's the work of the Son, now the work of the Holy Spirit.
Verse 13, And whom also you trusted after you heard the word of truth,
the gospel of your salvation, and whom after you believed you
were sealed. with the Holy Spirit of promise,
which is the earnest of our inheritance, and to the redemption of the
purchased possession, and to the praise of His glory." Did
you notice on all three of those things, it ends with, to the
praise of His glory, the Father choosing, the Son redeeming,
the Holy Spirit regenerating, and sealing, and converting,
and making us new creatures in Christ, all to the praise of
the glory of His grace. We are taught to baptize believers
in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Apostle
Paul, when he closed 2 Corinthians, the last chapter, he prayed this
way. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you
all. There again is the Trinity. Now
the Trinity, the word is not a Bible word, is it? But it is
a Bible truth. A Bible truth. We worship the
triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Now, the last point
is this. Turn back to Luke chapter 3 and
verse 23 down to verse 38. Now, I'm not going to read all
these names. There are 75 names given here
in this genealogy of Joseph, the supposed or step-dad, of
the humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have here the genealogy
of Joseph is given unto us, and in the book of Matthew the genealogy
of Mary is given unto us, but both Mary and Joseph were the
family of David. You can read all this all the
way down to verse 31. Nathan, which was the son of
David, and then The Lord Jesus Christ is called the Lion of
the tribe of Judah. In the last part of verse 33,
Phares was the son of Judah, the son of Jacob, the son of
Isaac, the son of Abraham. So the genealogy is traced out
to prove that the Lord Jesus and His humanity were the Son
of David and the Lion of the tribe of Judah. The Lord Jesus
Christ is the greater David, the Son of David according to
the flesh, but declared to be the eternal Son of God. Turn
to Romans chapter 1. Roman chapter 1, and I'll show
you something in common that all 75 of those names have. Do you know what they all have
in common? I'll tell you in just a minute. Romans chapter 1, first
of all. Look at verse 1. Paul, a servant
of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the
gospel of God, which he had promised to for by his prophets in the
Holy Scriptures, concerning his son Jesus Christ our Lord, which
was made of the seed of David according to the flesh. A body
hath thou prepared him, declared to be the Son of God with power
according to the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection of the dead."
The Lord Jesus Christ is totally, fully man, Son of David, Son
of man, and God the Son. God manifests in the flesh. It had to be both, didn't it? He's called the Lion of the tribe
of Judah. The Lord Jesus Christ is a king
priest. prophet, priest, and king. Now,
what do these 75 men here that are mentioned in the last part
of Luke chapter 3, what do they all have in common? They're all
dead. They're all dead. Every one of
them dead. Dead, dead, dead. Here we see and here we're reminded
the frailty of our flesh. Remember Isaiah 40? All flesh
is grass. What is the end of your flesh?
What is the end of my flesh? Let's get personal. What are
we going to do with this flesh in a few years? It's going to
wrinkle up, dry up, and it's going to die. You're going to
take this flesh and put it in the ground For out of the dust
that was taken, and out of the dust it will go back to the dust. All these 75 names have all one
thing in common, they're all dead. And like Genesis chapter
5, we call that the obituary chapter. Because it says, Adam
beget Seth, and he died. Seth beget Enos, and he died. Enos beget Cain, and he died. And go all the way down, and
he died, and he died, and he died, and he died. except one
who walked into glory, walked into paradise. You remember? Turn back over there in Genesis
chapter 5. If you don't want to turn, let
me just read it to you. And Enoch walked with God and
was not, for God took him. Elijah did not see death, but
went up to heaven in a whirlwind. Let us, here's the point, let
us put no trust in the flesh. It's going back to the dust from
which it came. We are the true Israel which
worship God in the Spirit, that rejoice in Christ Jesus, and
we have no confidence in the flesh, do we? When sin is finished,
with this flesh it brings death. Let us ever thank our great God
and Savior who died for our sins, that we might live forever. You
see, there is one man who died and walked out of the tomb the
third day. And he walked out of that tomb
as a representative man. Thank God, the Lord Jesus Christ,
who died for our sins, that we might live forever with him.
In this dying world, we have a living Savior who is the resurrection
and the life. You see, He ever lives to intercede
for us. You remember what our Lord said
to Mary and Martha, I am the resurrection and the life. He
that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
Whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Do you believe this? Yes, I do. The Lord Jesus said, I am He
that liveth and was dead. Behold, I'm alive forevermore. And He says in John 14, 19, because
I live, you shall live. In Adam all died, in Christ all
shall be made alive. By one man's disobedience many
were made sinners, so by the obedience of another shall many
be made righteous. May God give us daily grace in
this dying world to teach us to the frailty of our sinful
flesh and to teach us that our salvation depends upon our living
Savior who died for our sins and now he ever lives to intercede
for us. May God bless his word to us. This is my beloved son. Oh, I'm well pleased. I'm well pleased. with the Lord
Jesus Christ. But more importantly, God is
well pleased with everything the Lord Jesus Christ has accomplished
for us. And thank God we are accepted
in the Beloved to the praise and the glory of His grace.
